Okay so my friend was looking up Frank info today and somehow stumbled onto this info:
Frank Anthony Iero was born on October 31st, 1981 (making him a Scorpio), in Belleville, New Jersey (which he prefers to big cities such as New York or L.A.). Not many people know how to say his last name, which is correctly pronounced "eye-year-oh".
I always thought his last name was pronounced "ear-oh". So was this a weird typo or is his name really pronounced "eye-year-oh"?
....I could have sworn on LOTMS they pronounce it "ear-oh"....

I pronouce his name like 'eye-year-oh'
Because that's the way I heard Gerard say it once. I'm pretty sure it's something like that.

Yeah, I still haven't heard any of the band members (including Frank himself) pronounce his last name either. D:
Just like I've never heard anyone pronounce "Jamia".

>=| That has been bothering me forever. I used to say 'Eye-year-oh' because that's how I thought you said it and I thought I heard one of them say it once. And then I heard other people pronouce it 'Ear-oh'. So now I'm confused and I try not to say his last name haha. I wish they would say it. I looked at a million interviews to try to see if one of them would say it. But they didn't. scream Everybody tie your shoes, CLAP CLAP!

I'm confuzed as well. I pronounced it "eye-row" for the longest time untill I saw how it was supposed to be pronounced. I guess I was wrong.

It kind of depends on your accent... American accents make it sound a little like eye-year-oh but it's pronounced eye-ear-oh..as Frank has said before =3

I've always said it 'Eye-year-oh,' and I've heard the other band members say it like that so I'm sure that's how you say it, not a typo but it depends on accents as well I guess. biggrin
