Okay, so my mom had dinner with some of her friends, and I came in to talk to her. I was wearing my Rent shirt, and out of the blue, one of her friends goes, "Oh, I went to high school with Jonathan Larson!" It turns out she was friends with him, and they did a little act together at a variety show or something. She said she knew he was going to be something, because she said he was really talented (But you already knew that). So, I died of amazement... and she said he was in a production of Gypsy, and he was Herbie. Of course mrgreen

DUDE! Through the six-degree link, YOU KNOW/KNEW HIM! By ONE degree. You have a connection to him! So cool! You need to go swoon and fawn over her right now, at least for me and everyone else on here that claims Jonathan as their God.
Geeze, though, that sounds REALLY random. The topic of RENT isn't even there; you just happen to be wearing your shirt; and suddenly, "OOH I KNEW HIM." Nice.
