Appearance: Look, twin brother of Leer, has black hair with crimson streaks to match the crimson markings on his huge Beautifly wings. He has large, round, blue eyes and instead of a nose, he’s got a long, curling proboscis that loops down in a spiral to his chest. Just as long are the pair of antenna that protrude from the top of his head, where his hair is wild and spiky. Two long locks fall down on either side of his face, but otherwise his hair is short and well-cropped in the back. His antennae normally hang down over his shoulders, as they tend to get in the way when they’re up. His skin is a pale silvery-white, but part of his body is black-gray like the body of a Beautifly. Otherwise he has normal human hands and feet.

History: Look and Leer were both born in Star Village (on Elva Isle), but neither of their adventurous natures allow them to remain there all their lives. The twins enjoy traveling and seem naturally drawn to the Shield City. Look is rather girly at times, though he can be masculine every so often. Unlike his brother, he doesn’t mind being stared at adores attention, even due to his wings and proboscis. His favorite method of traveling is, of course, flying, and he enjoys singing with Leer. He also likes to flirt, despite his brother’s scolding. He enjoys wearing many outfits, his casual wear is a long-sleeved sleeveless top that’s white with black sleeves that’s white with black sleeves and long, black pants. However, he likes to go barefoot, revealing his silvery-white feet. Since he flies most of the time, he feels he hardly needs to worry about footwear. He is the more extravagant of the two boys, as is to be expected, but he isn’t necessarily vain. Look’s large blue eyes give him a falsely innocent appearance that makes him seem more childish than he is. Look can be quite astonishingly aggressive if provoked, just as Beautiflies are supposedly very vicious when angry.

Other: Long tounge. Irish accent. Alcoholic – isn’t too good at holding it. Stoned easily. Acts rather vain, but isn’t necessarily. Likes to be lead singer, but would rather do a duet. Tends to be shirtless/barefoot, but occasionally wears light clothing like sleeveless shirts, vests, and flip-flops; things that won’t weigh him down too much and still provide maximum mobility, especially with his wings. After much thought, I knew they might be cold in the air with all that flying, but they do live on an island after all, and I figure the weather there is more tropical. They can handle it. Despite being slightly the older of the twins, Look is described by Leer as an ‘air-headed flying type’ and thus tends to act less mature. He’s more like himself in the day then at night, when he’s more easily provoked and drunk. Unlike Leer, Look’s a morning person. They tend to get dust, powder, pollen, and spores everywhere if they aren’t too careful with their wings, which is why they rarely go indoors.

Gender: Male

Race: Pokemorph - Dustox

Appearance: Leer has the exact same spiky, wild hairstyle as his twin, Look. However, instead of being black with crimson streaks, he’s got green hair with scarlet streaks. An enormas pair of Dustox wings protrude from his back and a pair of feathery, thick antennae stick up through his hair. Their golden color matches his eyes, which have three pupils each instead of just one. His skin is a pale purple-lilac, but for his arms and legs which are a bright scarlet. Leer, like Look, wears many different outfits, but his tend to be less showy and color in order to mute his already bright body colorings. His casual wear is like his brother’s, but purple instead of white and scarlet instead of black his jeans are golden rod instead of black. He does not wear footwear.

History: His history is the same as Look’s, but Leer seems to enjoy the city somewhat better during the night than the day. Leer hates people staring at either him or his brother and tries to hide their wings whenever possible. Though he is slightly younger than Look, Leer protects his twin when Look is too distracted and is the more practical of the two. (Still, it has been discovered that neither are too practical, especially when the alcohol gets to their brains. Leer’s capacity for resisting the side-effects is just longer-lasting, but even he loses his inhibitions at some point.) He is, however, by no means as serious as he may appear to be. At night when he’s most active, Leer enjoys eating out, singing in karaoke bars, and drinking if he can find a drink, being underage and all. Not that he and Look have any worries. He, like Look, tend to hold an interest for girls, but normally it’s just him and his brother.

Other: Irish accent. Alcoholic – can drink a lot without showing any immediate side-effects of being drunk. Being a singer, Leer doesn’t mind too much with being stared at, but he certainly doesn’t enjoy it near as much as Look does. Thus their names. Tends to be shirtless/barefoot, but occasionally wears light clothing like sleeveless shirts, vests, and flip-flops; things that won’t weigh him down too much and still provide maximum mobility, especially with his wings. Look, being so utterly aggressive as a Beautifly, is difficult to reason with, and only Leer can usually manage to come him down in such states of fury. A ‘Night Owl’ so to speak. They tend to get dust, powder, pollen, and spores everywhere if they aren’t too careful with their wings, which is why they rarely go indoors.


Name: Benjamin

Age: 19

Gender: Male

Race: Pokemorph - Beedrill

Appearance: Benjamin, or Benny as he is more widely referred to, has black hair; red, pupil-less eyes; black, curved antennae; and golden-yellow skin. His hair is ‘emo-style’, his arms and leg purple (who knows that for sure anyway, if it’s unknown if he has a stinger on his backside? His pants cover him! He’s covered from head to toe!), and sports a pair of Beedrill gossamer wings that are rarely ever used. On the end of each wrist, where one would normally sport hands, Benny has two large lance-like drills closely resembling the actual bug pokemons’. These he considers menacing weapons and keeps them hidden almost always in the deep pockets of his baggy, black cargo pants that are adorned with numerous decorative chains. These chains are slung across his legs in the manner of a Beedrill’s stripes and clink together softly as he walks. For a shirt, his favorite casual wear is a short sleeve T-shirt over a long-sleeve one, both relatively long in length, and sporting a Beedrill head symbol on the front with two stingers crossed underneath, mimicking a scull and crossbones. Beneath this are the words, “I STING. BZZZZT.” Sometimes Often he wears a pair of thin sunglasses/shades, even indoors, to conceal his startlingly bright red eyes. Unlike the other insect morphs, Benjamin wears sneakers. Whether he has stripes and/or an abdominal stinger is anyone’s guess. His pants are so baggy they seem to be able to conceal anything.

History: Benny lives in an apartment in Shield City with his roommate, Vena, a Venomoth-morph. He thinks of her as a sort of younger sister and can be quite protective of her, though she worries about him just as much if not more. He appreciates all the help she gives him, as he lacks the use of his ‘hands’, but because of his crippled state, he is often depressed. Very down-to-earth, he keeps Look and Leer, old childhood friends of his, under control. Because of his unique traits, Beeny often feels ashamed of himself and doesn’t like to go out in public too much, especially not alone. However, he can carry a tune and has managed over time to teach himself to play the electric piano (How?) while he spends his time at home.

Favorite songs the twins enjoy performing for him include: Poor Unfortunate Souls (Jonas Brothers), Toxic (Britney Spears) ((His voice might sound something like Ryan Cabrara’s in the song ‘On the Way Down’, which also ironically in a way fits Benny and his fear of heights.))

Other: Suffers from acrophobia – an irrational fear of being in high places. In short, he’s afraid of heights. Aka altophobia or hypsiphobia, and therefore related to his fear of flying((Aviophobia or Aviatophobia- Fear of flying.)). Covered from head to toe usually and likes to keep a low profile, which might explain why he feels most comfortable among the bustling crowds of shield city. There no one pays much attention to him, and anyway Beedrill tend to like to live in groups and colonies with others. Nicknames include Benjamin, Benny, Ben, & the twins’ personal favorite, ‘Golden One’, due to the irony that though Ben dresses in black, his golden-yellow skin gives him a sunny appearance. ALWAYS has with him tiny corked vials of golden liquid dangling from the chains on his pants. They appear as odd accessories that just happen to match his skin, but in fact they are vials of Antidote in case he accidentally poisons someone. Wearing shades for the same reason a blind man does and hiding his horrendous stingers from the world (for he must suffer living the life of a cripple), Benny thinks of himself as an invalid of the community and possibly that it what leads to his depression as an ‘emo’. It was rumored he once helped the twins practiced their singing when all of them were younger and Benny still hadn’t learned what it was like be an ‘invalid’.
