I found this to be very helpful when making a rp char, so this would be a smart place to start. copy and put your parts where mine are.
Name: Ryoku Jen (also, BloodRayne)
Gender: Female
Age: 17
Rank: Jounin/rogue ninja
Height: 5’ 2&1/2”
Weight: 96.8 lbs.
Hair: black, curly, wears in pigtails high up on sides
Eyes: dark, maroonish black
Skin Color: light (really light)
Clothing: a lot like temari's. wears mist bandana around head.
Items: 5 small fans hang on belt (they have retracting dagger points on them) and a staff with dagger points on end. They are all black with silver accents.
Any Marks: under left eye: crescent moon like this: U, with kunai knife going through it.
Weird Features: can tell future, but only of others, not her own. right eye has sharingan to match kakashi's left one.
Weapons: 5 small fans hang on belt (they have retracting dagger points on them) and a staff with dagger points on end. They are all black with silver accents. Plus senbon, kunai, and shuriken.
Abilities: These have to go with your rank. Unless you are a Hokage and possess hundreds of techniques, then you will list your character's favorites here, along with a description. my char uses sharingan, white prison jutsu, water clone jutsu, water prison jutsu, and other mist favs (mostly seen through zabuza and haku)
Taijutsu: uses semi-distant fighting most efficiently. Can also do close up fighting, but not much of a fighter without weapons.
Weakness: VERY descriptive and well thought-out. Nobody is perfect and I don't want a single word such as "impulsive" for a weakness. mizuki and her Ryoku side. mizuki is the love of her life and her best guy friend. rykou is a soft hearted teen, so only rayne fights.
Parents: This also includes the family, if they come from a clan. You can be from a clan if you are not related to them directly (ie, sibling, mother, father, daughter, son, etc.), but the Uchihas are out-of-bounds. They were decimated. Period. ask me before trying to be directly related to anyone. oh, and haku's family is out of bounds, because that's my char's family (unless you're a mod) i am haku's older sister.
History: grew up in leaf village with kakashi as sensei. mizuki was best friend. left to follow orochimaru with anko. escaped and went to mist village. gained citizenship, and headband. 'hooked up' wiht zabuza, but left shortly before zabuza tried to overthrow the mizukage. now is helping naruto and his friends, but they dont know it. she is a rogue ninja, jounin level.
Personality: rayne never talks much, but ryoku does. rayne is a silent killer and a mass murderer created by orochimaru. ryoku is a normal teen trying to get to adulthood. she is fun, lighthearted, and playful. rayne, on the other hand, is dark, mysterious, gloomy, and hurtful.

Hair: long, curly blonde hair.
Eyes: hunter green with clack and yellow outlines
Skin Color: pale (almost transparent)
Clothing: Comfortable Jounin clothes and Atatsuki cloud jacket.
Any Marks: Orochimaru's curse. Same as Sasuke's mark.
Weird Features: Mangyekkugan in right eye, byakkugan in the left.
Weapons: Needle shuriken like Haku, but also fangs. She has no idea where they came from but she uses them when necessary.
Abilities: Sharingan, byakkugan, taijutsu, genjutsu, and the ability to call on huge amounts of chakra.
Taijutsu: Very efficient in Neji's palm technique.
Weakness: Very sensitive about her size.
Parents: No parents. she is a homunculous (in know it's from FMA but, oh well.)
History: Was created a long time ago, around the time of the feudal era. first became a ninja when she ran into Orochimaru-sama. He curse her and she has been running ever since. She is very adapt at controlling her curse but don't insult her height and weight. The last time someone did that she brought the Nine-Tailed fox and had him randomly destroy villages.
Personality: Very shy, like Hinata. Doesn't really control her temper well. Has a very adept sense of telling what other's want or need.

Weakness: When she gets scared her wings some out and she become's a different person.
Parents: Yes she is in a clan.
History: On her mother side they all are angels. So she is one to. But when she get's mad, scared or sad. Her angel side take's over and it's not good. She in love with Itachi.
Personality: Is quiet and sweet. She love's to make other's happy. But when the angel side takes over. it's really different. And she love's green lol.Pic ninja

Story:the age she turned 10 her parents were brutally murdered right in front of luckly she fought off the people who took her parents away from her and escaped with one scratch. after that she changed she became very sad and independant and she will oput down anyone who gets in her way.

Hello! Fans of Naruto? Me too xd Here's my Character....wait does it have to have an original bloodline or just made up? Anyways, here it is...
Name: Tenshi Odayaka
Gender: Male

Items:A Kunai/ Shuriken Pouch. A Gigantice scroll on his back and Explosive Tags on his Left arm and Right leg.
Weapons these are hidden and are to be revealed in due course. But the Clues are a Staff, a Double one Handed Sword, and a Nine Blade Shuriken.
Abilities: He has the Bloodline called "Idenshi Kopi" Has the ability to copy any other Bloodline and weird abilities as such that it can surpass and use the copied bloodlines. Cannot copy Normal and High-level techniques of others.
Bio His Future is unknown to him. He does not know where he belongs or where he came from.
