Basics

How on Earth did you get your hands on a Second You?
I managed to snag a custom spot. It was not long after the shop had opened, and I had a donation letter laying around in my inventory. Customs weren't as expensive as they are now when I bought Selene. sweatdrop
Okay, that's pretty cool. So, can I buy Selene?
No! stressed I put a lot of work into this journal, and the custom form I first sent to Tiia and Tea!

05.14.2006 - Nyoko receives Selene's vase!
06.08.2006 - Selene comes out of her vase without warning! Nyoko explodes from joy... In her mind. blaugh
07.04.2006 - Selene's first meeting with other Seconds. Fireworks day! 8D
10.03.2006 - Selene meets Therodel, Nyoko's fiance, and visits the Center.
10.31.2006 - Nyoko's account is hacked! After much sadness, and praying that it will be returned, she finally caves and makes a new account.
03.20.2007 - After avoiding it for nearly half a year, Nyoko finally pops back into the Second You thread. She inquires about re-certing and getting a new journal.
03.23.2007 - Selene's new journal is made. Curious about her old one? You can find that here.

Personality
Nyoko is generally bright and cheerful, and can easily come off as a ditz if you aren't paying close attention to her. Although she acts rather dim, her IQ is in fact well over 120, and she has the innate ability to remember most small facts. While she is generally easy-going, she is always thinking and takes every action towards herself seriously. It is worth noting that she pretends to be easily distracted by shiny objects, although she is generally able to focus on a single task for extended periods of time. Although serious, Nyoko rarely expresses darker emotions, even though she feels them occassionally. Overall she is a kind, loving individual, with many quirks.
Other
-Nyoko suffers from Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Asperger Syndrome, and anxiety.
-Nyoko still has a security blanket, which she's had for so many years that she actually forgot when she received it. sweatdrop It is purple, and does have a few holes due to the wear of the fabric, but she can't sleep without it.
-Nyoko spent 10 Gaian days in one of her "realms" to help her get over her first true love, whom she let go because she felt she couldn't give him what he needed.
-Nyoko is a firm supporter of polyamory.
-Although Nyoko is immune to most diseases, she is able to fall ill. However, when she does fall ill, it isn't caused by infection or viruses. The cause is likely to be much more serious.
