This band is by far, one of my favoritest of rock bands! Their concerts are always must sees, David Draiman (lead singer) is hillarious and is quite hot if i do say so myself.

Quick Blurb of Disturbed History:

Genre: Hard rock
Formed: 1997
Originated: Chicago, Illinois
Musicians: David Draiman (Voice) Don Donegan (Guitar), Steve "Fuzz" Kmak (Original Bassist), John Moyer (Current Bassist), Mike Wengren (Drums)
Inspiration For The Name: Ask Draiman

Etended Distubed History:
Kinda short but they have only been around for 5 years.

So in the early days the band worked their butts off to get kicked off. Then again what band who is now pretty mainstream does NOT work their butts off in the beginning? But anyways; so finally in 2000 they made the song ?Stupefy? which was a hit and then they started touring with Ozzy the next year in the OzzFest.

Then the band decided to go on their own tour in 2002 which was incidentally called ?Music as a Weapon? after their other hit? you would never guess? ?Music as a Weapon!!!? The tour was kicked of in Denver (yay!). Before the band came out on the stage there was a video presentation with the most popular message out there today, ?Man verses Society.? There were subliminal messages popping out everywhere saying things like ?You kill those who are different? et cetera et cetera. Good Stuff. The tour also featured Drowning Pool, Adema, Stereomud and Systematic.

Then they made their second full album called Believe (2002). Believe isn?t by far as good or even as controversial as their first album ?The Sickness?, but still good just the same. It didn?t get the same sensational reviews as the last time, but Disturbed just wouldn?t be Disturbed if they gave a s**t about critics.

Then since Music as a Weapon Tour in 2002 was such a blast they started the Music as a Weapon II tour in 2003. The said tour featured Chevelle, Taproot, and ܮloco, and everyone who went will be sure to tell you it was damn cool. I might add in Denver they still played during one of the worst snow storms of that year.

Now this year (2005) the band has been putting the final touches on their newest full album ?Ten Thousand Fists? to be released in September, and are now preparing for their world tour starting in August. The tour really doesn?t have a proper name as far as I can tell. However, January of 2006 the ?Music as a Weapon III? tour will begin. Hey? if it works? don?t fix it!

i wish i could go to soad. but i have to get ride from people down here and most people are punk, emo, bleh. and classical rock which is their saving grace. damn skaters. i swear. rolleyes but i am finnaly getting my licence this winter, making everything much easier. DAMN COLORADO AND ITS DAMN DRIVING LAWS!

Yeah I know where you're talking about that's the one I was talkign about. .right across from the Annex. And hey Colorado has leniant laws compared to some states!
