Cleaning up, because I've completely revamped the grammar and scrapped basically all of the semantics and phonology. And I'll be renaming it since nerurav obeys neither the current grammar or phonology.
nerurav is based on regularity, completeness (in both the usual and the mathematical sense) and however much algebra I can shove in before it breaks. It's more an experiment in grammar than a language, which is why there is currently no lexicon and the syntax is quite clearly unfeasible.
When the lexicon does appear, that will be mostly me working out my epistemology than any actual vocabulary, so you'll be seeing stuff like evidentiality and causality markers before I get around to making up nouns or verbs.

Phonology:
Until the phonology is actually fixed (possibly sometime in 2013), I'll be noting syllables by Sabcd, where a and b determine the consonant and c and d the vowel. If there's no consonant, then it will just be Scd.

This is all the syntax. All of it.
We start with three sets:
X, the set of lexical stems
C, the set of cases
S, the set of sentences
Note: I'll be using ^² for my abused wedge product. It just means (a, b) for a and b in C, a not equal to b.
I is the morphologizing operator that takes grammatical constructions to morphemes.
We have three operators
•: ^²C -> C, which sends (c1, c2) to c0 such that c0 is distinct from c1 and c2
D: X² x ^²C -> XxX*, which takes two stems and two cases and returns a function that takes one stem as argument and returns a stem as value.
Morphologizes as
I((D(x1c1, x2c2))(x)c) = {I(x)I(D)I(c), I(x1)I(c1)I(D), I(x2)I(c2)I(D)}
S: X³ x ^³C -> S
Morphologizes as
I(S(x0c0, x1c1, x2c2)) = {I(x0)I(c0), I(x1)I(c1), I(x2)I(c2)}
