What if Chloe killed Lana in self defense when they were fighting in Delete, season three, episode 55?

Clark wouldn't have had a reason to guilt-trip himself season one; probably would have found one soon enough, though, and the flip-side is that his lone ship would have looked totally suspicious.
What if Lana had stayed in France?

Then she wouldn't be married to Lex, Jason would most likely still be alive (unless she still turned into Isabel, but I'm assuming she didn't because that would involve the 3 stones of power which would bring her back to Smallville anyway), She wouldn't have talked to Clark any longer, and she would have extremely hairy armpits.
What if Clark was never hit by Lex's Porsche?

What if Clark was never hit by Lex's Porsche? *shudders at last comment* They never would have been friends. Clark wouldn't have access of Lex's resources. Lex wouldn't have a fixation about how Clark survived. What if Clark couldn't save Lana in Reckoning?

We'd all be a lot happier.
Er, I mean. Jonathan K would still be alive and well enough to stop his son acting like a tool; Lex and Clark would have fallen out over something more worthy than who Lana loved.

She probly would eventually gone crazy again when Clark realized that he couldn't be with her. (Although I myself like that couple...*shrug*)

WEG_champ2010 What if Clark stoped Lana from getting married to Lex? I would have another reason why I hated that episode. Er.. Lex would figure out that Lana left him because she knows Clark's secret. Reckoning Part 2. Aliyssa What if Clark stayed with Chloe instead of dating Lana? Lana would cry and be sad we can't have that. Of course not. Clark would more than likely stray away from Chloe anyways. Lana would find another guy to occupy her time like she always does. What if Ryan never died?
