For me it was the boss you fight in the desert after finding all the cactuars in FFX-2. I was so irratated because it kept putting poison, silence and darkness on my party! But I won in the end. What about you guys? I hope this hasn't been asked already, and if it has, please forgive me.

Well im now stuck on Dragon Quest VIII because the joker is hard to defeat even though before then i was doing quite fine >.<

So far, I think the most annoying fight that I've ever had to go through was the fight against Omega Weapon in Final Fantasy VIII on the Playstation One. I hated that fight...loathed it with a Fiery Passion that burned deep within my soul. If one thing went wrong in that fight, you lost an ally. If two things went wrong, you lost your party and it was game over.
Of course, I haven't had to fight Yiazmat from Final Fantasy XII yet though...that one'll be interesting.

Oh..so many...most I can't remember quite well....but I still do have quite a few.
I've beaten the game now,but I was stuck for the longest time on the boost guardian on Metroid because the atmosphere of Dark Aether drained my health (seriously not fair!) and seriously,it was harder than all of the stages of the Emporor Ing and Dark Samus combined!I have people who agree!
Another is the boss for the sanctuary temple,Quadraxis.It was hard because once again,the atmosphere drained my health.Even worse,up until then I had 100% scans...and I forget one...f******.....stage.....which totally throwed off my game and I was unable to get 100% scans when I finished. burning_eyes (all total I have about 98%)
Here's a third.I'm not annoyed because it was hard,I'm annoyed because it was so easy.I hated the Gannon boss fight for Twilight Princess.Seriously,end boss fights are supposed to be hard.Imean,they're the last boss fight!Gannon was easy!I beat him in about five minutes,going easy (and minus the cutscenes(evil cutscenes...they ruin everything.) I think they put more thought into the curscenes rather than the game.Seriously....
anyways,I can go on forever bout all the bosses that annoy me.Almost none are too dificult for me. (I say almost because of the boost guardian.....CURSE YOU,YOU STUPID MINIBOSS!!!!)

Recently, the Scion of Mana in Children of Mana for the DS. And when I say annoying, I mean boring as heck. That boss battle wasn't challenging at all! And I'd been looking forward to it SO! When I finished, I was left with this feeling that I'd spent all that time doing missions and leveling up and getting good weapons and armor for NOTHING.
Most annoying in past: Borgan, Lunar Eternal Blue. And I don't mean the fight for the PS1 version of the game, I'm talking about Borgan in the Sega CD version. That battle was INSANE!! Borgan was one touch sonuva...

I'd have to say Sephiroth from Kingdom Hearts,I've had the game for nearly 4 years & I've still haven't beat him yet! scream gonk

um for me i'd have to be riku in hollow bastion in kingdom hearts, the final boss guy in kingdom hearts when he's in human form, and darth malak from KOTOR

Sephiroth in KH2 and Riku after Ansem took over his body in Hollow Bastion. Haven't encountered any others. If a boss I battle kills me, I learn from it and figure out what I have to do (normally it's just level up) to kill it. Or! I just get my lucky charm Shanna to come over. I swear that girl really is my lucky charm...

GOD DON'T GET ME STARTED! you know which boss was a real b***h! Nemesis from Resident Evil! God, no matter how many times I shot the guy, he just wouldn't die!
Then of course there was Sephiroth from KH one and two! I hate HIM! He's the only guy I have trouble beating in Kingdom Hearts.
Also the hardest boss of Final Fantasy you will EVER fight is Ultemecia from FFVIII.As if it's not bad enough that she damages you like hell, if one of characters die, there is NO way you can bring them back. If you somehow are able to beat her, she summons Griever, who has the power to kill you in one attack and get rid of all your magic. If you are even lucky enough to beat Griever, you have to fight Ultemecia again, only this time, she fuzzed with Griever and can still kill you with one attack!
And who can forget the final boss of Legend of the Dragoon. Now that guy took me TWO hours to beat!
Don't forget Kor, from Jac II, man, unless you can move REALLY fast, you'll be dead in two seconds! And then of course there's Errol from Jack three, he was too easy but the hardest part is stopping his huge machine from destroying Spargus.
Those are the one's I can remember right now.

I found Kor from Jak2 & Errol from Jak3 fairly easy. Is that a bad thing?

My most annoying boss?
Xemnas, from KH2.
I had to defeat him so many stinking times. and I always got stuck on the part where he shot 1mil lasers at you, until I finally gave in and checked my handy-dandy walkthrough site. ((Not actually MY site, I just use it for everything Video-game related.))

Suikoden VI where the final boss difficultly level is absurdly high.
To top it off, when you go to the island you can't get off of it to level more before the final boss fight.
It is also misleading because the 2nd to last boss was extremely easy compared to the final boss. This gives a sense of not needing to super-power-level up all your characters before the final fight.
