It looks like Light has opened his Death Note to the public. Don't forget the rules!
1.The human whose name is written in the Death Note shall die.
2.This note will not take effect unless the writer has person's face in their mind while writing his/her name. Therefore, people with the same name will not be affected.
3.If the cause of death is written within 40 seconds of writing the person's name, it will happen.
4.If the cause of death is not specified, the person will simply die of a heart attack.
5.After writing the cause of death, details of the death should be written in the next 6 minutes and 40 seconds.
Also my dear Death Note fans this is a "game" There for it's not real.
So let's fill this Death Note up,

Dies of stupidity. Runs into wall and dies after insulting and/or bugging me. Death takes 3 seconds, and he is out of the house when it happens. No blood is spilled. Fatal concussion.
