As the title says I believe Brian is the best character on Family Guy. In that being said he is the smartest family member, and led me to believe. If your smart than you can get a hot boy/girlfriend. I mean look at Brian's dumb yet hot girlfriend, Jillian.

I agree I think bryan is the smartest charcater. Even though he is a drunk he is the smartest
