Here's a random story I wrote.. and beleive me, it's pretty random. I havent finished it yet, but here's what I've done so far. And it's based off of a Manga/Story me and my friend have written.
~Elf Thingie.
Once upon a time, in a land not too far from here, was a little village of elves. They frolicked along the Noosleberry tree’s, through the Grattletoad forest, and splashed in the Stream of Oprahna, in their little Jug Boots. One particular elf was sick and tired of all the prancing and playing and thought he would get serious. And if you think I mean serious, you’re wrong. I mean SERIOUS. He constantly sat down to read a book, instead of splashing in the puddles after it had rained. He used all his strength to force himself to study, when the other little elves were playing ‘Roll the ball down to hill and try to catch it’. He studied hard and forced himself to do ALL his homework before anything else. He didn’t even talk in school. Not even in Recess or Lunchtime. He was getting very serious, that was for sure. One day, the little elf, whose name was Johnny, was walking, not frolicking OR prancing, home. Another little elf, who just loved to have fun, came up to Johnny giggling. “Guess what Tomolly said!” Before she could continue, Johnny put out his hand, to her face and said, “I’m sorry, I’m not interested in that kind of thing anymore.” And he walked off. The girl just watched him walk away. “Ha. I’ll get him to come back to the good side. He’s been in the dark too long.” It just so happened that the little girl was the leader of a thug group, called ‘Play or get beaten up’. Her name was Elizat, and she was the leader. Even though she could hardly break a twig, she was the toughest of the entire group. Elizat went to her group that night, and they devised a plan so cunning, that Johnny would come crawling back to the ‘Good’ side. The next day, when Johnny was keeping a very straight face and walking to school, Elizat walked up to him with a straight face as well. “Good morning, Johnny,” she said, walking beside him. “You seem well.” Johnny was astounded! Elizat was the first elf to follow in his example! He felt very good with himself, but he managed to keep a straight face. “Good Morning, Elizat. You seem very well yourself.” Elizat was doing very well, but she was missing all the prancing and frolicking already! She had to get the plan in motion. “See you at school, Johnny.” She walked faster, speaking. Johnny kept walking to school on that frosty morning.

This has to be a fanfic of something/based off of something. Or else it is illegal to put here.

It counted from the start... In my opinion. Since Elves are techinically an idea created by the human mind, they are man made. Aaand, you could be saying that you're a fan of Elves............. EDIT: Fanfiction Rules Q&A for these rules: 1. Must the fiction be about Tokyo Mew Mew or Mew Mew Power? No, it doesn't have to be. You may use any TV show, book, video game, etc. for your fiction. You could even base it off of Tarot cards for all I care. You just have to say in either the title or the first post of the thread (before your piece of writing or right after) exactly what you wanted to base it off of. You CAN NOT post anything that is simply an entirely original story idea. There has to be something that you're basing at least part of the story off of. EDIT(AGAIN! MOOHAHA): Thread called 'Where my heart lies' This Fanworks subforum is for fanworks on any topic, whether it be anime, another random TV show, a movie, or Tarot Cards. I should really specify, however, that it's fanworks for anything man made. That's right, since Tarot Cards were made by humans, they count too. Hammers are, in general, made by humans, so you could write a fiction about them, too... but it has to be about them.

I would say so, but even if Cinna says you can't, you were basing it off of elves, which is an idea created by humans. OR SO WE THINK. But that's not the point.

I HAVE RETURNED!
Ahem... yes, what Kira says is legit. Your fanwork of your manga is perfectly legal to be here, because first of all it's elves. I know, fantasy things are a bit iffy on the ideas humans created, but... yeah. Elves are fine. Though I'm not used to them being short like the cookie making kind...
