Perry is a native of Tanaab, the same planet where Wes Janson is from. He idolises Janson, and the rest of rogue squadron, he want's to make his squadron just as famous.
"Terra Squadron, get ready." Perry said. "This isn't going to be fun."
How could it be. A huge armada had popped up out of nowhere. Who knew how many reinforcements these guys had. The imperials where planning something big.
"Lead, this is 6"
"Go ahead, 6."
"Sir, are we going to die"
Good question, Perry thought.
Outloud he said "Not if i can help it. All power to the front deflector shields. Bombshell, give me a target."
Bombshell, his R5 unit, complied.
Perry flew into the fray.
