as a zombie: Kimia'Jicho was curled in a little ball in the grass of the southlands. She did not do a very good job blending into the grass, she was rather easy to spot, but that was not the point. The point was the small juvenile's body was shaking and she was rocking very slightly, quiet sobs could be heard from her body. The poor little dear was so confused and scared. Why could she no longer find her mother? Why had that lioness who'd taken her in disappeared? She had no where to go! She was afraid to find somewhere...
She did not have any friends and as far as she knew she did not have any family, what was she supposed to do in life? Well, curling in a ball and crying was one answer. "Please.. please.. please!" She whispered to herself when her gasps and tears paused. Were the gods so unkind as to keep a small female like her so alone in life? She had done nothing to make them angry with her! She was a good child! "Mooo~maa!" She cried out, this time loudly. Her heart was tearing apart practically, she missed the warmth and love of her mother so much!
LOLrebornz: He dull eyes narrowed as he moved through the southlands alone, pondering the whereabouts of his half-sibling. He knew that she was still alive, unlike his twin who got herself killed for falling in love. It made him sick just thinking about such an emotion. The day he had told her that the mortal she loved was no good was the day she stopped talking to him and the day she died. That stupid male had killed her- he was insane… and no matter what Xenres said she didn’t listen to him, she never did. He assumed she hated him for his lack of feelings, but even if she did… she should have known better, he was a MORTAL after all. Nothing good came from them. He didn’t hide what he was when he walked among the mortal realm; he had no reason to. He showed off his true from everywhere he went and cared less about what other gods thought of this, thought of him. He had no wings and he had no glow. He was not very different from mortals, other then the long horns protruding from his skull. Slowly he walked on, moving in no real direction, keeping to himself.
as a zombie: She sat up finally and stated taking deep breaths, crying would do no good and it certainly wouldn't give her understanding in life! But still it took her several minutes to actually stop the tears. Not only that but she was hungry since she didn't have anyone to hunt for her... well she'd gotten a lot of practice in and was doing much better! "Good.." She whispered to herself and fully stood, shaking the dust and dirt from her white fur.
She would get her mind off of her problems by hunting! Her stomach twisted uncomfortably as she began to move quickly through the grasses. She didn't keep herself low and she didn't bother sneaking around, she still had much to learn in the ways of killing other animals. As she came upon a small rise her pink eyes moved slowly along the horizon, watching a heard of gazelle. She made a face and shook her head, like she was disgusted with the idea of eating one. It wasn't as if she could catch something that big!
"What I need... is a" mother. "Mouse hole." She breathed out quickly, begging her sad thoughts to go away. She was no longer ready to be upset! She turned left and started to watch the ground for any of the little creatures when her nose caught the scent of someone else. Her head lifted and there before her she spotted the male. Her eyes widened and she froze in place, hoping the lack of movement would make him miss seeing her.
LOLrebornz: “Your pathetic cries will be the death of you, cub. Your lack of movement isn’t going to help you in all realty, if I really wanted to attack you I would have already.” The male spoke out as he slowly passed her. He was a good distance away but he knew she was there. He had overheard her cries from before and he was surprised that no one else had. With a soft sigh he stopped and gazed over at the tiny female with a dull frown. “Crying doesn’t fix a thing.” Even though she had stopped her tears he still found it VERY annoying. The feathers around his neck swayed as a passing wind hit his form softly, pulling his mane in front of his eyes for a moment, masking his view. This didn’t seem to bother him any though, it wasn’t like he had anything to worry about. She was only a small cub, one that looked like she had been very upset over something. He didn’t care though. “Look, run along now before you get hurt. Others out here may have heard you as well… and if they are anything like the lions I have run into in the past then you should be worried.” as a zombie: Her ears flattened and she cringed slightly into the ground, looking guilty. She knew crying didn't fix anything... but sometimes she felt much better after a cry. It was a release of some sort... she didn't really understand the specifics of it, but that was alright.
Kimia was still just staring at the male, unable to say anything. He was not much older than her in appearance... but something felt much older about him. At his warning she looked around hesitantly and then back to him, shaking her head. "I .. need food." She said quietly, not sure what else to him or if she should be apologizing. Her gaze fixed to the top of his head, at the horns. What are you...
"No beast could ever hurt me as much as the hurt my heart already holds.." She didn't know why she told him that, he didn't look like one that would particularly care. In fact he would probably scold her for saying something stupid like that... her heart 'pitter-pattered' against her chest in an uneven way, she did not know why she was in such awe of this adolescant. Probably from his forboding appearance. LOLrebornz: “No- no my dear, so much more damage can be done to that heart of yours. Never forget that- what you feel now is an emotion that will fade with time. You need more let it worry you so.” He spoke out again, this time moving himself a bit closer to the female. Even if he didn’t care he still wanted the last word said in this conversation. He was stubborn like that. “Food? Go find some then?” He didn’t understand why she was telling him this. He didn’t need to know that. She was his problem to feed. With a soft sigh he looked away from her and sat down; the feathered necklace around his neck shifted from side to side as he did this. The horns upon his head were painted a mixture of orange, green and gray, all matching his muted appearance. He wasn’t anything special. Unlike the tiny female before him. as a zombie: She looked down to her paws and nodded slowly. "I wished that wasn't true.." She said quietly, frowning as she thought. What could possibly worse than a missing mother and having no one to care for you? No one to praise you when you did something right and help you fix things when you did it wrong. No one to snuggle with or teach you about life! That was pretty bad in her book.
"That's what I was doing until I saw you sir.." She said, gaining a little bit more confidence. "But not many mice live around here... uhm... right. Sorry.." And with that she turned to go, suddenly really nervous. LOLrebornz: “That’s no way to live. Mice will never hold you over when you grow.” He spoke again. Why was he even bothering with her, he didn’t give s**t about what became of this girl but still he kept at it. He frowned softly at her and sighed. “Look, I’ll find you something to eat, if you promise to forget whatever it is that is hurting you so. You can not be weak and be around me, got it? I can’t stand tears or sorrow.”
as a zombie: Her mouth clicked shut as she opened to say something, then changed her mind. She stood still with her back to him and tried to hide the fact that she felt weak and worthless. Even though she wanted someone to care for her it was not in the way he offered to. She did not want a meal in exchange of forgetting her mother. "Well I will learn to catch other things then!" She said, though it was doubtful with out any figures she could take example from. "And... and I don't think forgetting my momma is a very fair trade for a meal, hungry or not." She swallowed, and then started to trot forward again, faster.
Half of her wanted to stay, wanted to make him find her food.. wanted to find out what he was or why he had horns! But she also felt too uneasy and her shyness prevented her from doing any of this.

LOLrebornz: “Fine then, young or not your choice is a foolish one. Your mother is gone and you are alone, starving and lost yet you can not let her go to save your own hide? You will not last a week in this state. But now matter right- you know better then I after all.” He chuckled madly to himself and slowly rose back to his paws. He was already tired of her; he shouldn’t have bothered offering his aid to such a creature. She was only a mortal after all; they had way too many feelings for his liking. “Best be off now- I can’t help the unwilling.”
as a zombie: She cringed as she listened to his departing speech, feeling scummy. She should have just let him help her, or something. She did not look back or say goodbye, fate would have a hand in their lives once again. She could be on her own.. really! Well.. maybe she could find someone after her mouse hunt.
