Woo! I finally got around to seeing some of Gunlock. I was able to get an import disc today of the first 13 episodes. I haven't watched it all yet but I'm lovin' it so far. heart Has anyone else seen any of it yet?

I've seen the whole series, but it was untranslated. gonk A labour of love, for sure. But, as long as you have a good grasp on the characters, it's not too bad. But man, the ending left me hanging!
I really liked eps. 7 (where they played crack!jumanji and Sanzo turned into a tree XD), 8 (where they meet another halfbreed youkai), and 11 (when Hakkai takes a day off <3).
And I think I'm the only person out there who doesn't like Hazel.

Whoa, untranslated. xd That does take a lot of devotion. I usually get frustrated when I watch anime without having some sort of grasp on the dialog so now a days I just wait around for the translations. xp But you're right about it not being so bad once you know the characters well enough.
I haven't seen that far into the series yet. I think I'm on episode 5 or 6. There was an episode when Sanzo and everyone were running from a hoard of bears. xd xd I couldn't stop laughing.
I'll watch some more later today. That jumanji thing sounds hilarious. Btw, how many episodes are in Gunlock anyway?

Okay, I've officially seen the first 13 eps (and eager to get more). Hazel seems to be an interesting character... kinda creepy though. I'll need to see more episodes to say more about him. The subs I have called him "Hei" darn it.
Being the Gojyo fan-freak that I am I really, really liked the 8th episode. heart And the others you mentioned were good too. Sanzo in an apron nearly killed me with laughter. And Hakkai taking a break from them was great! Go Hakkai! whee

Until it's released here in North America you can probably find episodes on IRC for download. Usually I just pick up import dvds. I do know that eBay also has a few bootleg DVDs of Gunlock. sweatdrop

yaya!! i just got gunlock from ebay! subbed of course. so when my gf comes to town over xmas i can watch reloaded and gunlock with her, and she can finally see requiem too! (i showed her season one and two of gensou maiden but i told her i wont see the rest without her)
i cant friggen wait!

I just got the hole Gunlock searys on ebay. Im sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo happy. I cant wait to watch them heart . They havn't come yet though but they should be here anyday blaugh

I've seen the entire season of Gunlock (I have a fairly decent understanding of Japanese ^^; ) and I've got to say... I love Hazel a lot, but I really prefer the manga arc over the anime one. <<; Even Minekura-sensei implied that she didn't like the events in the anime very much, lol.
So, all I'll say is that, if you like Hazel, or at least interested in his character, the rest of Gunlock'll kill you. ^^;
