EVENTS OF MYTHOLOGICAL PROPORTIONS
 You probably have no idea what this is or why you're reading this. This is probably to kill boredom and/or curiosity, or perhaps you're interested in it...AND YOU SHOULD BE! Why? Well, you can make some gold off of this for starters and why else? Well...you'd be helping the guild by posting in this thread...and...ummmmm....Did I mention you can get GOLD?! Lol, yes. So for this I'm going to make events that would've existed in the Greek mythological time period and/or were derived from existing events/traditions. Keep reading downwards to see the events and such.

Right now there is only going to be one event, at least until I can think of other ways to do different ones and also to let this whole thing sink in and not overload any of ye. So right now the one event is as follows:
Discus throwing is an event that is still a popular event in the present time; however, for the Greeks an event such as this defined you. If you did well you were highly looked upon, even though you might not have had that 'nobility' of other higher ups. In case you don't know about discus throwing its an event where you take a disc, which is very similar to a frizbee only much heavier, and you do a spin around (Broken doesn't know all about discus throwing to be kind. whee ) in a circular area and throw it while still staying in the circular area. The length is measured from the edge of the circle and whoever throws the farthest is the victor.
For our purposes here it'd be pointless to have one winner. ^^ So here's how to discus throw Gaia style:
1. Observe the chart:
2. You see the numbers on the chart ranging from 100-0. This is the range measures that you need to win a prize. For example: If you got an 58 then you'd be in the light green area, and you'd get the prize for that area.
3. How do you get your number? Roll ONE 100 sided die and obviously, that'll give you a number from 1-100, but whateva.
4. You look at the number you've rolled and compare it to the color ranged area you're on and then look at the prize list to see what you win.
Rules:
1. No cheating- I'll be counting posts.
2. You can only roll once a week.
3. Follow ToS and guild rules.
4. Have fun. ^^

Ok, now then, you can see that the number associated with this post (above) is 76. On the range scale that puts me at yellow. Prizes:So you probably want to know what the payout for the different areas is, yes? Well, here they are: Dark red: 500g
Red: 250g
Yellow: 100g
Light Green:50g
Dark Green: NattaIt's not that hard to figure out really it's just a bunch of number games. If it falls on 65 its in the yellow and if it falls on 94 its in the regular red. Capiche?

So, I got 42...((I just realized that it's forty-two!!! *laughs in crazy fashion* anyways...)) That means that I'm in the light green and won 50 gold. I think.
