The four leaf clovers are to celebrate St. Patrick's day. :3
You will see them floating across the screen, like a rare event, and when you click it, you get a four leaf clover.
From this you can get a four leaf clover pin, a floppy clover (which goes on your head), and a lucky four leaf clover which you can hold.
