Professor Valentia Belli awaited the other teachers. She lay down on one of the most comfortable couches. As she raised her arms in a stretch, her belly was revealed. The potions teacher believed that punctuality was fairly important. And thus, she clearly had shown up before even the professor did. Where was everyone? They were to be having a meeting before the students arrived at the school.

Professor Sharon Judsy had been planning to arrive early at the teachers meeting. She had even picked out a wonderful out fit, her favorite sky blue robes, fashionable but comfortable heels, and a small darker blue hat. But then, just when she was dressed and ready to go, two of her pet mokes got in a fight. It is very hard to break up a fight between lizards that shrink when you try to grab them. Eventually she got them in seperate cages for the moment, but in the process the water and food dishes spilled and got all over her blue robes. Not having time to figure out which of her new stain removing spells she should use, she changed into her second favorite robes, a darker shade of blue than her hat. So, by the time she got to the teachers lounge, the potions teacher was already there. Not a particularly social woman, so Sharon merely took a seat and began inspecting her robes to make sure that they were clean. That was the problem with caring about your appearance and being obsessed with animals. You became paranoid that all your clothes were stained (probably because most of them were).

Lupin opened the door and steped in, not at all suprised to see the two already there. They were always early, and almost always arriving before him, even though he was the headmaster. No matter how early he showed up, they were there first. "Good morning to you." He said with a cheery voice, "As soon as everyone arrives, we will get started."

"Mine was rather exciting!" Exclaimed Professor Lovegood. The girl smiled sweetly and quickly began prattling about the latest of her adventures with her father, who even as an old man, knew how to enjoy a good time out in the wilderness.
Valentia Belli smirked a bit at the thought of what she did over the summer. She had visited the Malfoy residence to discuss a inch of the potion tomes buried in the Malfoy family library. She enjoyed the presence of the platinum-blonde boy yet on the contrary, she also enjoyed Prof. Potter, whom Mr. Malfoy loathed.

Harry Potter and Longbottom walked in discussing some new found plants that were good at defending from grindylos, and saw that they weren't as early as they thought. "Hello everyone, headmaster." Potter said in a cheery tone.
"How is everyone?" Profesor Longbottom loved teaching, and was very excited for the new year.

A loud clopping noise sounded way before Freya entered the room. She was wearing one of only two shirts she owned, only becuase Lupin had insisted that she wore something while at the school. Her shirt was very black compared to her light blue skin. Her short dark hair was just barely to her shouldered. She ducked as she entered the room and the sound of her hoofs echoed even louder. She didn't think this would involve stairs. Centaurs hated stairs with good reason. Her first day on the job and she already felt depressed.

"Hello, Neville, Harry. Are you as excited as I am for the new year to star?" Sharon said beaming at her collegues. She just loved meeting new students, and seeing those she had grown to know again after the long break.

Eventually the rest of the teachers got there. "Now, shall we begin? Anything that needs to be brought up before we get on the move?" Lupin liked having group talks before the actual business. It got people in the talking mood.

Freya shook her head uncontiously. As She listened he mind started debating the stars she had studdied last night. 'Today is a dim day' is what the stars told her.

Valentia bit her lower lip. As much as she did nto wish to deteriorate school spirit from the children, she felt that some precautions were necessary if sports were to continue. Clearing her throat, she arose to her feet. "I have a comment regarding Quidditch. Not necessary for what is on the field, but on the stands. As of the previous year, several students from all houses have been seencasting jynxes and hexes upon the players." Smoothing out her dress a bit, she scanned the reactions of other teachers before proceeding. "I would suggest collecting wands. However, re-handing them back to students could be rather dangerious and the very ideal of collecting them would be considered arduous labors to those imposed with the duty."

"Not to mention trust." Freya said as she stared off ou a slit of a window. "For the last fortnight the stars have untrusting..."She trailed off and continued to stare off at a distance. She slip her mind up into two sections: listening to the conversation and thinking of the stars.

"Thank you Freya. As far as quidditch goes, I too have noticed that has gone beyond our control. Is there a way that we could block spells cast in the stands so they do not reach the pitch? I want you to work on that Professor Belli. Sharon, do you have any comments, students should be here any time, and we have to go to the Great hall soon....Anything else then?" Lupin had a way of hearing people's ideas, he had learned from the pst that this is the best way to get things done.

Valentia felt rather secluded by the headmaster. They were all adults and certainly the headmaster was not one of her students and thus he was fully capable of mentioning her first name. "I do not believe that the entire situation can be imposed on me. At least a little assistance from the DODA apartment would be appreciated."
It wasn't like she could spike the drinks of all the students to make them less aggresive. Certainly, if she did that, the beaters would not be able to protect the other members of the team. Not only was it a concern for the students on the field but it also caused her to be rather nervous regarding her son, a Slytherin beater. Then there was Miss A'Marie Malfoy; her adoptive father would horribly mutlate Professor Belli if she had anything to do with an injury of his only child. If that was the case, if Draco Malfoy was in a bad mood, he could easily have her removed from the Hogwarts Administration in a heart beat.
