Concrete poetry is where you show the rhythm in the poem and not just the words!
Here's an example!:

I see what it says.. and It looks great, yet I'm I don't know if I could do it... is there a patteren you stick to?or you just pick any way you want.. that could get confusing...

All you do is show the rhythm of what you write... for ex:
some poet wrote about a 400 meter swimming race free style... They'd

next line and vice versa and continue for 16 lines which is how many laps
