i hate sp8's they may be cheaper but, there isnt a buttstock on them. thats an extra hundred bukks and it cost more to get a different colour, and there ELECTRIC!! i cannot have an electric gun. if i did i wouldve killed it last time i was balling crawling, yeas crawling through a swamp to get past some people. i was soaked, my gun was soaked we were all soaked. but it still shot. my gun is mechanical. not one problem once..im staying with mech. anywyas who need 17bps? a speedballer does. i dont. so im not getting it. if its the t9 covert or the mkx8 its proly the mkx8

So, tippmans NEVER? break down? You're stupid, there is only one spring in the Cyclone and it can't come out unless you A) break the axle off and the ratchet slides up or down(impossible because the cyclone has very little extra space in it) or B) the pin that hold the spring in at the back came out and that SOMEHOW managed to get through about 2 mm of solid plastic. Now, I don't know what DrAxXuS will say about this but GTFO until you know what you are saying and don't have to fabricate stories to disprove something about a marker which you may or may not dislike. I'm sorry but unless your friend did some tampering and voided the warranty then Tippmann's great customer service would have replaced the part. If you want proof I'll give you the manual to the A-5 Cyclone Feeder. I have had no problems with it until it was used too much and i had to replace one of the plastic parts in it which Tippmann covered free of charge. I'm sorry but you are very wrong, either that or your friend is a bullshitter.

Here is the manual link. the A-5 Cyclone Feeder schematics are on page fifteen in the top right.
EDIT: There are two springs but one is completely encased by metal so it can't be that one and besides, it still doesn't have access to the actual place where the balls are fed into the marker.

Not saying at all that it was from the cyclone, but i know for sure, that my friend wasnt lying. So not trying to strike up a huge arguement. but a spring did fly out, behind the paintball,, thats about all we know, were not going into disecting his A-5
