Gender: Female
Pokemon: Delcatty
Starting Stage (Pokemon or human): Human
Physical Description if Starting Human: Pale skin with forest green eyes. She has long brown hair that isn't well kep. She's 5'6 in height. She wears an blue pearl necklace and always carries a paintbrush with her. She wears a red banana strap top under a black net top. She wears a gothic skirt over black pants.
Personality: Very laid back and a bit of a trickster, Liz enjoys getting others in trouble. Course Liz is also very gullable which gets her into a lot of trouble. Her laziess also effects her greatly as she never did become a trainer as it would involve effort.
History: Born and raised on Cinnibar Island, Liz enjoied her quiet little life style. Being an only child she got what she wanted when she wanted it, making her a bit spoiled. She lived the good life and loved it, savoring every day with five or six peaceful naps...
Untill the volcano erupted.
Elven at the time, the girls world was covered up within the fury of the magma. The little girl grabbed the most improtant item that is her world today, her mother's blue pearl necklace. She fled the island, taking in the horror of the damage, the scrams of people and pokemon as the lava engulfed them...The sight of her parents burning...The night seemed to last forever....
The next couple years of her lift were more or less a blurr in her mind. Liz relocated to Lilycove, where she made a living painting pokemon at the Contest Hall...Something she didn't enjoy doing.
One day during a cute contest, Liz overheard to people talking about a lab called CRONUS and curiosty got the better of her. Maybe they could over her a job? Hell, anything would be better that some stupid Contest drawings.
She gathered the little personal items and money, stole a boat, and begain her long journey to find the CRONUS lab...
Strengths: Art, video games, tricks
Weaknesses: English, physical activaties, volcanos, gullible, nightmars of the eruption night, the thought of her parents.
Future Plans for Character or Any Extra Info: Not at the moment. Give me some time to think.

Ability: Cute Charm / Normal Skin (The latter only from Pokémon Diamond and Pearl onwards)
Delcatty, a dainty-looking feline with a violet-shaded collar-like outgrowth and ears to match, is a highly laid back, unconcerned species of Pokémon. It prefers to live completely free of priorities, doing only what it pleases at its own pace. Since these include eating and sleeping, its daily routine is completely random. However, its activities are generally more nocturnal than not.
Delcatty does not stake a claim on a personal lair like other more territorial species of Pokémon. Rather, it makes it a habit to wander about and seek out more comfortable spots when it decides it’s time to sleep. Even here it is not defensive; if another Pokémon approaches its spot, Delcatty will take off for another place rather than fight.
These habits seem to contrast with Delcatty’s popular image of charm and appeal. Domesticated Delcatty are highly regarded by fashion-trendy female trainers who often use the Pokémon in competitions revolving around its style and fur.
