I think I'm going to work on leveling up my major characters and reincarnate them all 10 times to gain the 16 felonies with the 10+ reincarnation subpeonas since I gotta store up levels anyway. I'm trying to do the quickest way to get everyone to 300 felonies and I think this will be it.
Anyone know a faster way?
Yes I know to stack my characters and toss them all, Yes I have a moth with boots and armored knights to get from floor to floor ASAP.

What I do is move the baliffs from the subpeonas to an item im lvling (as long as the current lvl of the item doesnt go past the lvl if tge baliff). Ill get 2 felonies on floors 1-10(by using Highlv, High Hp, etc), 6 on 11-20 and 21-30 (by using Too high Lv, Too high HP, etc). than 10 on 31-40 and 41-50 (by using Way too high Lv, Way too high HP, etc), than finally 12 on 51-60 and 61-70 (by using the various Mastering felonies). that 57 felonies just for going through a single item! Its suggested that before doing this, you shoud go collect allot of Armsmasters (to get the Mastery felonies faster), and be able to lvl off CoO 4.

You could be a butt and do the Nekomata cheat to get level 9999 Nekomatas, that way the highest subpeonas are available.
You shouldn't atone for sins until your characters have 99 felonies; since its the closes to 100, you'd only have to reincarnate this way three times to get 297 felonies under your belt, and then atone once more after a measily 3.
It takes a while, as so far, only Etna has 176 felonies in my game, but then again, we wouldn't be playing the game if we weren't perfectionists in some way, shape, or form.^^

Some people are lucky enough to have the time to invest in re-incarnations and all that stuff, yeah you got 10 point bonus each re-incarnation on genius levl.
One of the bigger keys lies in the item world residents and finding them so you can raise your stats insanely high because the items never get affected on a re-incarnation.
