INTRODUCTIONThis place has got to be my favourite place for a holiday! If you like amazing creatures, plant life and other exotic things then this is the place for you. I am by no means attempting to try and get you to go there but it is a nice place and one I spend a great deal of my time in.
It is situated off the shores of Gambino a few miles east of the Isle itself and is significantly smaller but still remains home to many visitors during the holiday season. Admittedly you require a guide to reach the Retreat itself but this is easily done for the guides actualyl wait for you!
I also hear that sometimes the Baroness has been sighted there, if you see her though could you ask if I could have a tour of her Citadel?
- Wandering Scholar, "Pudge"THE EXTERIORThe exterior is expansive with numerous features to it. Due to the fact that this place is in fact a resort you will therefore see that there are many options available to those currently in residence - whether it be from scuba diving to hiking they have it all and although I have only been on a few (for I am rather lazy) I will do my best to bestow upon you what information I possibly can in relation to the Retreat itself.
The Hot Springs
In the highest part of the Isle there are a number of hotsprings, they are easily reached by the noted walkways and are designated by categories. Female and male hot springs are common however there are a few 'couple' hotsprings that can be booked by those who desire to use them on the given day.
The Hotsprings themselves are fet by underwater streams, heated by the volcanoes that are only a few metres off part of the cost (you can scuba dive, I've been). The closing times for the Springs vary so you will have to ask I'm afraid...
The Forest Walks
For those of you who enjoy hiking there are a number of walks set out that vary in length and difficulty. The easiest walks take you around the initial complex and allow you to see some of the exotic sights relating to the isle whereas the longest of the walks takes approximately twentyfour hours (camping gear provided) and allows those exploring it to see literally everything that the complex has within it - I would advise this one if you wish to uncover hidden treasure...
The Health Spa
My Fiancee rather enjoys this part, she prefers to abandon me for the day to be pampered while I am left to my own devices - so much for love eh? Either way, I believe that she stated quite plainly that the people were lovely and the treatment options inside were delightful but how am I supposed to elaborate on something that I haven't even seen?
...I know there's a sauna if it helps...
Living Complex
The area in which both staff and tourists live, I will elaborate further on this later but it is at the very core of the complex so you can reach virtually anything from it. THE ITERIORKitchens

After an interminable time on the boat - which was making Zayn thankful that he did the majority of his travelling on dry land, by foot - the blur on the horizon was revealed as the Island Retreat. Slight queasiness forgotten, Zayn immediately leaned further over the railing and stared at their destination.
"It really is just like Miss Kujin's image," he murmured softly. "Aaaaargh, I wanna sketch it!" He twitched impatiently. Unfortunately he'd simply have to remember it for later, as removing his sketchbook while on deck would simply contaminate the paper with all the sea spray.
"But at least it's not long now," he sang happily to the others.

Solstis Meandered her way around the ship several times durring the trip. Always making certian to keep from the edge as she didn't much like water. But being overly excited by the colorful fish in the water she could help lean ove the edge, but not too far.
Before long she gathered heself with the others. But... it seemed Zayn was having a hard time of things. " Want to use my sketch thing" Yanking a pad from her pack "I don't care to much what gets in it as long as it gets used. " ^^ Yeah 'thing' Solstis thought to herself, thats becase I can't draw anything dramatic in it as it is. *sigh* " No, not long now!" She said stping back from the rail. the closer you get the more water could come up... Solstis Flattened her ears aginst her head. Made the whole trip without getting wet, still have to get down the gangplank.

[Prompt]
Eventually the rising mountains of the Tropical retreat came into view, their peaks hidden by low clouds - they were approaching at an abnormally fast speed and already the small dock could be sighted alongside the kimono clad guides that chattered casually to one another beneath large umbrellas on the pavillion.
It made a nice change, for the majority of the passengers seemed to relax as they took note of the casual atmosphere and the spectacular view - perhaps they had feared that it would be too snobby? The approach still in progress, many of the people aboard began to take photographs of everything they saw -
Everything they saw...
There was a gasp from the crowd as one young child pointed upwards into the mist upon the peaks, the giant airship hovering above the peak itself with its gleaming green exterior hidden in the semi-opague substance, strangely enough it looked almost exactly the same as the airship that had destroyed the Temple forest with the exception of the fact that the other one had been blue.
"Ladies and Gentlemen if you look up towards the peaks of the Island Retreat you will see the 'Regalia'! It has been approximately two years since the 'Regalia' has last been sighted." The captain of the ship spoke over the intercom, "Beautiful isn't she?"

"Oh, thank you," Zayn blinked in surprise before beaming at Solstis. "If you don't mind wet pages..." Accepting the book, he made a few quick sketches of the island.
A few minutes later, Zayn heard the people around him making a sudden fuss. Hmph, had they only just realised they were close to the island? Some people were just so blind to everything around-
"Ladies and Gentlemen if you look up towards the peaks of the Island Retreat you will see the 'Regalia'!" A voice boomed out of speakers on the deck.
Looking up, Zayn noticed the large air vessel. "Oh," he commented inanely. Huh. Oops. A new sketch began to form, hand moving almost of its own violition. "That's an unusual thing to see," he enthused.

Solstis stared out at the on comming spectical. *blink* "It's pretty" she said softly " good thing Zayn is sketching them ^^ as I don't have a photographic memory". though wondered wher eeryone else had gotten off to, meandering around the ship most likely. I hope that they don' tmiss the view.

Fire gazed at the lush island and its enchanting beauty. However... something far beautiful stole his attention as he looked up in awe at the ship called 'Regalia'.
"Wow... what is that...?" he whispered softly as he continued to stare at the grand airship above the peaks of the Island Retreat.

It was with a fair amount of chagrin that Zayn once again paid the ferry fee to visit the Island Retreat. Not that he wasn't looking forward to spending longer on the Island, but he'd had to pawn some items to get himself cash for the trip. No doubt the rest of the journey would require more cash from time to time as well - he didn't want to be stuck again.
So he lazed around on the deck of the ferry, sketching in his pad and scanning the skies for signs of airships...

Mirror hopped along the deck of the ferry, buzzing about like an excited child. He had never been on a ferry before and the dire situation that had led the crew to ride on such a ship made the experience all the more enticing. Even though that his purse was a bit on the leaner side than what it was with helping Zayn pay for the ride, Mirror was as energetic as ever. Once he bounced over to where Ky and Zayn were sitting down, fluttering his small wings and throwing his arm out to the topaz ocean and exclaiming excitedly, "Look! It almost seems like it goes on forever! Oh, this the sea is beautiful!" Then, like the crazed little Al Sylian he was, Mirror abruptly bursted into song and flitted off again to the rear of the ferry.
Ky laughed in spite of herself at Mirror's behavior. She was enjoying the trip, petting her little friend who was reluctant to leave her side, and the salt ocean breeze kept her forever on the edge of her senses. Listening to the song her companion was singing off in the distance, Ky also listened to the churning hum of the water as it slapped along the sides of the boat and buzzed behind them in spiraling rifts. Every once in a while, she'd turn her ears to listen to the sky for any sign of air ships.

As astonishing as it may have seemed the large airship known as Regalia was still hovering above the mountain peaks of the Retreat. What was of even greater interest was the fact that strange black beings were flittering about over its green surface in an attempt to remove vines from around its exterior as though they had in some way, been hindering it.
Having introduced the airship a week or so ago however the captain made no attempts to do so and instead he continued to very carefully coax his ferry into the small docks of the Island where expectant tour guides and hosts were seated along the peer (evidently sunbathing was allowed when you were employed here).
"Ladies and Gentlemen please wait a few moments as we secure ourselves to the harbour wall and then feel free to disembark. Your cargo will also be offloaded shortly."

Because he'd been looking for it, Zayn noticed the airship as soon as the boat drew close enough to the Island. "Are those... vines?" he blinked. Vines like the ones that had tried to halt the escaping airship back at the temple? Could this really be the same airship?
"This seems too easy," he shook his head, not trusting Fate to be so kind. He continued to stare as the boat docked, trying to get a better glimpse of the black creatures, wondering what they were. "Well, I guess we could ask around and find out who owns the airship... and where we might find them..."
Zayn had no intention of going up and asking the owner anything, however. He just wanted information. If the owner was their theif, then obviously they were a zillion steps above this group in terms of ability.

Dissapointed by the sudden loss of the deep blue below them and the expanse of the sea around them, Mirror screwed up his mouth into a frown, slowly pushing himself away from the bars and wandering back to his companions. "Hey Za-" He called, looking up from the deck boards to study his friend's face. Apparently Zayn was staring off into the sky, looking at something. The Al Sylian screwed up his more a bit further until he turned to follow Zayn's line of sight as it led up over the resort and to...Mirror blinked. The Regalia? It was here, docked over the resort, as...Little black things swarmed about it's hold, tearing...vines...from the ship. Mirror blinked in disbelief and then tore his gaze away so that no one would become suspicious. Painting a smile onto his face, Mirror said, "This was a great idea to come to the resorts, Zayn! A perfect place for four old friends to relax and relive times of the past." Bouncing again to the side rail, Mirror began to play interested in the docking and tying down of the ship.
Ky also noticed the ship, but like Mirror, didn't intend on showing her interest in it. She turned away, petting her owl friend as she glanced at the docks to study the faces of the hosts and other workers.

As soon as they were docked, Zayn made his way off the boat. Deciding to play the part of a typical tourist, he wandered around the stalls closest to the piers, gaping at everything.
Buying a small but prety trinket from one vender, he asked, "So what''s that? Can you go for rides on it or something?" One hand pointed to the airship, as Zayn pretended he thought it was simply another tourist attraction.

The vender gazed round towards where he had been directed and observed the airship for quite sometime before releasing a chuckle. Evidently the idea of it being a tourist attraction or ride was completely out of the question and eventually he did turn round to plant his gaze upon the tiny creature that had enquired about the floating vehicle.
"Nay, that be Regalia...I think it's one of three airships owned by the Regalia House but you'd 'ave to ask someone like the Professor about it." He replied, giving a shrug as he motioned behind him and towards a tour guide, "I saw 'im dock recently so he's prolly wandering around 'ere somewhere!"
