Very cute - she looks so sad.

I guess the one thing that bothers me about the pic is that, the body parts, although pretty good by themselves, don't seem to fit together. This comes from the fact that things aren't consistently proportional.

At first glance, I thought you were going for a cartoony proportion, with a slightly bigger head than realistic proportions. However, when I scrolled down, I noticed that the legs were pretty big too. I would suggest next time either making her torso and arms bigger or making her legs shorter.

Measuring proportions by the number of head lengths is a good way to keep this in check. Look at some of your favorite drawings and see how many heads tall the torso/legs/arms etc are.

Other than that it is pretty good. It has a nice mood to it and the dress is very pretty.

I say big heads are good. Not gigantic heads, but big heads are def a plus to me... not that your picture presents that... . hm.

and I would say working on a body style. Like, draw naked bodies [they don't have to be analytically correct ;/] until you feel that how you're drawing it is good fer you. i personally like cartoon-y bodies, but not over the top cartoon bodies.
