1. I am trying to change the background on my panels. Instead of having the background transparent as I have it now, I would like to make it semi viable.

2. Is there a way I can use this code and place it on the right hand side, instead of the left that it is now?

3. How do you guys think my profile is coming out so far? Any ideas you would like to add?

4. Also, is there a way I can make the text justified?

5. How do you make the background stay still?

The numerical values are, of course, the degree of opacity within the panel.

Read some tutorials, and try to obtain a better grasp of how to properly use Css.

The bolded semicolon is what's nullifying the code.
