Hello I am a member of this community and I am interested in a clarification regarding the following clause, and just in case my situation is in violation of the following I am requesting expressed permission to be exempt from the following:
The reason I am requesting this is because I have written a script in PHP located at the following: http://ebaylister.freehostai.com/gaia.php
The above script is non-malicious and is a 3rd party tool for people who use the marketplace, however I have written it to read visible public information from the following file: http://www.gaiaonline.com/gaia/vend.php
I find it using information similar to tektek.org and there GaiaOnline tools.
I do not know if what I wrote is considered a robot, spider, or scraper. However regarding automation... it only requests information when my script is executed.
I would appreciate an answer at your first convenience,

After speaking with Derek "Lanzer" Liu, we can give you permission at this time to perform your script to access the marketplace and such on Gaia, per your descriptions.
Gaia does, at its own will, have the right to modify or alter this arrangement with you if we determine it is better to allow these connections via different guidelines.
