I have an idea! We could make a sticky for prayer requests! That way whenever someone wants prayer for something, they could post it in the sticky and we would all be able to see it.

Well not everyone on this guild is Christian. You can't ignore that fact. Some people don't like prayer. I can't see why though. neutral

Replying to the first comment made in the mod sticky (becuse I'm not allowed to post there)
"To start this off, a note on post deletions. I was thinking that we should go through wonce a month, at the end of the month, and delete any posts that have not been responded to. Mods, your comments? And what do you think we should do with this guild. Please post here. "
I do not think old posts should be deleted unless they are inapropreate or just down right BS..... some people (like myself) like to look back on things sometimes

Just out of ceriosity, I know it is handled differently in each Guild so I must ask
How is the mod situation worked out?
Are they all pre-choosen by the owner, are they voted in, do we rotate in people we think should have a mod position when someone wishes to step down from a position?

I am talking about the ones that no one has responded to and they are like 3 months old. But if the other mods think it is a bad idea, we will either table it, or just plain forget it. The suggestion on only deleting bs threads can be activated right away.

If you want to become a mod all you have to do is pm me on why you think you should become a mod. If it doesn't meet what I am looking for, I will simply tell you what, and why.

1 sugestion here is for the mods, you really should not edit others posts unless there is foul language or something truly wrong with it

i have an idea. if this is a place for all i think we should hace a crew member (including captain) for each religion in the guild. you know to make them feel more at ease. so this way they don't think that the guild is run by christians and thus having a feeling their beliefs will be shot down, ignored or preached at. and if you chose to accept this idea i'd like to try for the pagan crew member. i could represent all pagans, whether they are wiccan, druidic, or any other belief. we could have a jewish crew member, christian crew member and so on and so forth. this is just an idea though.
