'Txt-tlk' (aslo known as n00bspeak, ch@t-sp33k, etc. ) isn't a foreign language. It's a diversion of English. We don't see german people saying 'G|_|73|| 7@G' do we? It's not a language. Also, deciphering it is a good challenge (I've mastered it, think MR and UAQ forums), but it has no values because nothing anyone who uses it is worth listening to. ~

Your IQ wouldn't rise, but you'd be damn good at deciphering codes and understanding other languages.

Someone try to decipher that English word derived from german.

I'm illiterate in txt tlk, unfortunately. I can only understand the bare minimum if you give me a couple of hours to decipher one word. It is, however, a good way of learning how to solve code, I suppose.

It can be used to solve code, as a lot of people in the thread have pointed out. And maybe it could create another code, so that the text talk inadept can't understand it.

The fact I can read that peice of German perfectly fine unnerves me.
(For some reason, I can't use backward spaces, so the actual word is Wahnsinnexzentriker, guess it)
