Desu means 'is' is Japanese. *shrug* Squee is harder to explain, it's like a warm, fuzzy, cute feeling. You want to all curl up in a ball because of something cute. It looks a bit like this: 4laugh

Desu means "is" but is abused by certain anime characters. Squee is a goblin.Slaughter would be saying "desu!"
