RWA Magazine Issue One by MQuestionable
Welcome to the first issue of Real Wrestling Alternative Magazine, where we will be reporting on all major happenings in the RWA and featuring wrestler profiles. Let's begin, shall we?
The debut week of the RWA looks to be an exciting one as all titles are on the line at the coming event, Wrestlestock 2007!
The World Heavyweight Championship will be a triple thrat between the winners of the tourney matches on Damnation - Harli, Mad Dog, K Fresh, Ghost, Travis, or Jed. The first known competitor in the triple threat is Harli.
General managers Chris Jericho and Nick Hader seem to be having difficulties with one another as well as Edge. Tensions seemed to reach a boiling point this week on Shellshock when Chris Jericho and Nick Hader responded to Edge's promo in the ring. All three men are scheduled to appear at Wrestlestock in a triple threat for the Television title.
Also scheduled for Wrestlestock is Harli vs K Fresh for the North American title. It should be a doozy!
The Tag Team Championships will be fought for at Wrestlestock as the Smokin' Samoans will be in the match. Challengers have not yet been specified. Rumor has it that if no team challenges the Smokin' Samoans, Jim Cornette will once again spin his "Wheels of Pain" for a challenging team.
Otaking is making quite a splash on Damnation as he has been calling out women in recent days (and Bruiser Bennet doesn't seem to like it!). He will be challenging Monkey Joelina and Candice Michelle at Wrestlestock for the women's title. Only time will tell how this will pan out.
Also taking place at Wrestlestock will be a match for the Hardcore Championship between Mad Dog and Shadow.
Speaking of Mad Dog, it seems that there is no love lost between Mad Dog and Harli this week as they've had a series of brutal matches on Shellshock and Damnation, each winning a match - Mad Dog winning a "Mad Dog's Rules" match and Harli winning his tourney qualifying match over Mad Dog. They have since had a standoff in the ring which RWA owner Jim Cornette crashed and announced a contract signing for a special 3 Stages of Hell match to be signed at Wrestlestock.
On the subject of Mad Dog, it seems he has formed an alliance with Jacob Casey in the tag team The Insane Motha ********. There is no word yet on when their debut tag team match will be, but whenever it is, it should be a good one.
Speaking of Jim Cornette, things look to be off to an exciting start as Jim Cornette has booked a series of random matches using his special "Wheels of Pain" on Shellshock and Damnation. So far the matches are Monkey Joe vs Candice Michelle in an Inferno match, Otaking vs Travis in a Falls Count Anywhere match, and Banshee vs Chris Jericho in a Last Man Standing Match!
Stay tuned to all of RWA programs and pay per views to see how things unwind.

RWA Magazine Issue Two by MQuestionable
Welcome to issue 2 of RWA Magazine. Things have been exciting recently in RWA, and it all culminated at Wrestlestock 2007. Before the Wrestlestock results, here's some quick recaps of happenings on Shellshock and Damnation.
The random matches concluded with Jim Cornette booking one more random match between CwP and Triple H in a bullrope match.
Monkey Joe won his Infero match against Candice, Travis beat Otaking in their Falls Count Anywhere match, and Banshee beat Chris Jericho in their Last Man Standing match when Jericho laid down for her. CwP won his random bullrope match against Triple H on Damnation when Triple H no-showed the event. Rumor has it that Cornette is frustrated with Triple H right now.
The Hardy Boyz lost their debut match to the Insane Motha ******** on Shellshock.
Aiden won his debut match against Azrael.
The Smokin' Samoans appeared on Shellshock and threw out an open challenge that was left unanswered. Only time will tell what the Samoans will do in RWA.
A video played hyping Daniel Cross's debut in RWA. I'm sure he'll be an excellent addition to the roster.
CwP demanded a TV title shot at Wrestlestock on Damnation, which Jim Cornette granted. It was to be a ladder match against Nick Hader.
Granite lost his debut open challenge match to Jacob Casey on Damnation. These are two promising wrestlers.
The situation between Mad Dog and Harli escalated as they brawled backstage and in the ring. The fights included Mad Dog, Harli, Daniel, Granite, CwP, and Ivan. Jim Cornette pulled them apart and booked them in singles matches on the shows.
Daniel pulled out a victory over Granite on Shellshock.
Cactus Jack debuted in RWA on Shellshock, being interviewed by Jim Cornette before he was interrupted by Mad Dog. The two had a standoff before hugging and joining forces. They were joined in the ring by Ivan Invanofski, Jacob Casey, and Hayley Stone. They declared themselves the Hardcore Horsemen and announced their plans to run RWA.
The results for RWA Wrestlestock 2007 as are follows:
The women's title situation is a confusing one. Neither participants were (confirmed) females, but Monkey Joe(lina) managed to pull out a win over Otaking.
Edge and Chris Jericho had an impromptu first blood match in which Edge completely dominated Jericho and made him bleed in minutes.
Also at Wrestlestock, Cactus Jack had a hardcore open challenge that saw Spike pin him for the win. That's embarassing.
The Smokin' Samoans, managed by Reverend Crowley, were crowned the first ever RWA Tag Team champions after defeating the Hardy Boyz.
CwP and Nick Hader had what many believe to be the match of the night in a ladder match for the RWA Television title. CwP managed to scale the ladder and retrieve the gold, becoming the first TV Champion.
Harli defeated K Fresh to capture the RWA North American Championship.
Speaking of Harli, the feud continued at Wrestlestock when Mad Dog and Harli signed a contract for a 3 Stages of Hell match at the next event.
Mad Dog defeated Shadow to become the first RWA Hardcore Champion.
Also at Wrestlestock was an 8 man over the top rope elimination match for he number one contendership to the RWA World Heavyweight Championship. Eazy E eliminated 7 other men to earn himself a title shot.
In the main event, the winners of the title tourney faced each other in a cage match for the World Heavyweight Championship. Jed defeated Harli and Ghost to become the first World Heavyweight Champion. He will defend his title against Eazy at next month's pay per view.

RWA Magazine Issue Three by MQuestionable
RWA has been as exciting as ever in this cycle leading up to Ravaged! Full happenings are reported right here in Real Wrestling Alternative Magazine issue three! RWA Magazine is on sale after every cycle and pay per view!
Mad Dog and Harli's feud continued with each side cutting promos on each other, hyping their Harli's Rules match at Ravaged. Mad Dog announced that both titles would be unified at Ravaged - Mad Dog's Hardcore Championship and Harli's North American Championship. In preparation for the match, Harli had a match with Mad Dog's stablemate Ivan which he lost by disqualification when he low blowed the mad Russian.
Speaking of the stable, all was not well with the Hardcore Horsemen recently. Mad Dog, Ivan, and Jacob Casey kicked Cactus Jack out of the group after losing his hardcore open challenge at Wrestlestock. Brawling ensued until Jim Cornette booked Ivan and Jacob Casey against Cactus Jack and a mystery partner at Ravaged. Hayley Stone also left the Hardcore Horsemen after a dispute with RWA management, leaving the Hardcore Horsemen a three piece.
The Detonators reunited on Shellshock, announcing their plans to take the Tag Team titles. The Smokin' Samoans intervened and started one of the most brutal rivalries in RWA history. Security pulled the teams apart in their debut meeting. Jim Cornette booked all 4 men in singles matches against an opposing member and announced that it would be the Smokin' Samoans vs the Detonators for the titles at Ravaged. In the singles matches, Samoa Dan defeated Cartwright and CwP defeated Figmaga via disqualification.
Edge recently began carrying his "Bloody Razor" Championship, claiming it to be a relic from the past wrestling company, World Wrestling Organization. He announced that he would be defending it as his own title. Jim Cornette told him that RWA does not recognize his belt as an RWA championship, but told him that he could defend it at Ravaged. [The Bloody Razor Championship is defended in first blood matches.]
On Shellshock, Otaking cut a promo to explain his away his loss at Wrestlestock for the Women's Championship. He gave out an open challenge, to which noone responded. Otaking went to general manager Jim Cornette and was booked in a match against the debuting "Demon Eyes" Kyo, which he won.
Daniel Cross and Travis Dukeman made up on Shellshock after Dukeman eliminated Cross in an over the top rope elimination match at Wrestlestock. Christian Daimi interrupted and Cross challenged him to a match at Ravaged.
There was a number one contender's match for the Television title on Shellshock this cycle. The match was an impromptu affair announced by Jim Cornette. The participants were The Maverick, Aiden, Granite, and Cartwright. Cartwright walked out with the victory and a shot to face his tag team partner for his Television Championship. [Editor's note - Good match.]
RWA's resident superhero, the Orange Tornado made his debut on Shellshock calling out James "Buzzsaw" Bronk, claiming that he is a villain. Buzzsaw responded by taunting Orange Tornado, to which Tornado challenged him to a match at Ravaged. [Editor's note - I loved this segment.]
Gene Hawkind, the pirate, debuted on Shellshock by giving Jim Cornette a bottle of rum and asking for a match. Cornette poured themselves rum and booked Hawkwind in a mystery stipulation match against a mystery opponent at Ravaged. To prepare, Cornette booked Hawkwind in a match against Travis Dukeman on Shellshock which Travis wins.
K Fresh defeated RWA World Heavyweight Champion Jed in a non-title singles match on Damnation.
Arakantos easily defeated Big Show in his debut match on Damnation.
Harli defeated Randy Orton with a Tombstone Piledriver in a random match on Damnation.
The Avenged defeated the Star Destroyers in a tag team match on Damnation, climbing the tag team ladder. [Editor's note - Two of my favorite teams.]
T&C (Travis Dukeman and Daniel Cross) defeated the Insane Motha ******** (Mad Dog and Jacob Casey) in a tag team match on Damnation, pinning Mad Dog with a 3D.
Travis Dukeman defeated Ghost in Ghost's Submission Challenge on Damnation, making him tap with a Crossface.
Kage defeated Syckosis in an open challenge on Shellshock.
Jack Arsonist debuted on Shellshock by defeating Killer in an Inferno match.
Christian Daimi faced Kage when he responded to his open challenge in a trainwreck of a match that Kage won. [Editor's note - The posts were extremely interesting... I believe Christian was shot and someone was cut with a chainsaw.]
Mad Dog defeated Total XS by making him tap to the Camel Clutch on Shellshock.
Ivan defeated Shadow in a Parking Lot Brawl on Shellshock.
Jacob Casey defeated Christian Daimi on Shellshock.

RWA Magazine Issue 4 by MQuestionable
Welcome to RWA Magazine issue 4! Things remain exciting in RWA as Ravaged recently wrapped up. It was a big event crowning several new champions and exciting millions of fans. The full results of Ravaged are below!
Eazy E defeated Jed to become the new RWA World Heavyweight Champion.
Mad Dog beat Harli in a Harli's Rules match to unite the Hardcore and North American titles. Harli got the early advantage, pinning Mad Dog, but Mad Dog came back by lighting him on fire for one fall and then pinning him. Harli's Rules are as follows: 2 out of 3 falls; 2 sides of the ring have flames to light your opponent in and weapons are legal.
In the Women's Championship match, Hayley no-showed Monkey Joe(lina). Jim Cornette came out to announce that the belt would be retired and that Monkey Joe(lina) would be the last champion, but Lita interrupted and wanted a shot at the title to keep the division alive without competitors. Jim Cornette allowed it and Lita went on to score the upset and capture the women's title. Hayley Stone eventually turned up and there was a staredown between the three competitors.
Cartwright beat CwP by DQ. CwP attacked the ref to DQ himself and save the belt, but Jim Cornette stripped him of the belt, berated him, and awarded the belt to Cartwright.
The Smokin' Samoans defeated the Detonators in a hard fought match to retain their Tag Team Championships.
Otaking defeated Edge for the unofficial Bloody Razor title, making Edge bleed with a chair shot. Edge attempted to bribe Otaking to give the money back before spearing him. Otaking gets up and leaves with the title.
Daniel Cross defeated Christian Daimi quickly with a CKO. After the match, Cross threatened whoever wins the World Title, Jed or Eazy, and claims that he's on his way to being the champion. This could be very exciting!
Shadow defeated MR.T with a Blackout, pinning him quickly. Before the match, Shadow made fun of MR.T's name and called him an a*****e. Good times.
Travis Dukeman defeated former Damnation general manager Nick Hader, making him tap to the Crossface and causing Hader to lose his job as GM.
Gene Hawkwind had a mystery match with a mystery opponent at Ravaged. His mystery opponent was none other than K Fresh and the two dueled in a Scaffold match, which K Fresh won by playing possum and throwing him off the edge.
Thunderblue speared Killer to win his match at Ravaged.
The Hardy Boyz had a match against a mystery team that turned out to be the Star Destroyers. The Star Destroyers won the match while the Avenged came out to do commentary on the match and put themselves over.
The Hardcore Horsemen, Ivan and Jacob Casey defeated Cactus Jack and a mystery partner who turned out to be Randy Orton. Randy Orton, however, no-showed the event giving the Horsemen the numbers advantage in the RWA rules Tornado Tag match.
The Orange Tornado defeated Buzzsaw.
The American Dream beat Matt Stone.

RWA Magazine Issue Five by MQuestionable
Welcome back to RWA Magazine Issue 5. Things have continued the frantic pace in RWA. Full results of the most recent Shellshocks below.
CwP came to the ring announcing his plans for winning the World Heavyweight Championship and said that he was going to take the show hostage and not leave the ring until he got a title match. Jim Cornette made him number one contender to get him out of his hair.
Daniel Cross cut a promo threatening CwP, claiming that the title shot should be his. He went on to say that he didn't want a match at Holy Wars and tells CwP to watch his back.
CwP appeared on the Titantron announcing himself the greatest and saying that he will win the World Heavyweight Championship.
Buzzsaw came to the ring calling out Orange Tornado and claiming that Tornado's win was nothing but a fluke, challenging him to a rematch. Of course Tornado came to respond and Buzzsaw challenged him to a No Holds Barred Falls and Submissions Count Anywhere match. Tornado accepted.
Otaking cut a promo introducing his valet Mitsuki and announced that the women's division and all of RWA was about to be shaken up.
The Maverick defeated Eazy E to become the new RWA World Heavyweight Champion.
Cartwright retained the TV title in a triple threat against Travis Dukeman and Granite.
Harli cut a promo in-ring announcing that he wants Mad Dog in a rematch for the Hardcore Championship, but was soon shut down by Jim Cornette on the Titantron, who told him that Mad Dog already had a match tonight and that Harli could come by his office and see what match he booked Harli in.
Mad Dog came to the ring announcing that since he won the Hardcore and North American belts, he will defend them under his rules - Hardcore rules. Mad Dog merged the belts into the Hardcore belt, dropping the North American name. Harli came out later, saying that Mad Dog was lucky and that he will get a rematch.
Mad Dog beat K Fresh with the help of Hayley Stone to retain his Hardcore Championship.
Monkey Joe(lina) won the Women's Championship in a Triple Threats between Joe, Hayley Stone, and Lita. Mad Dog was at ringside to help Hayley when Austin debuted by dragging Hayley to the back. Mad Dog fought with Austin and carried Hayley back to the ring.
The next week, Hayley Stone with Mad Dog calls out Austin. When he responds, she challenges him to a match, shocking everyone. Hayley hands Austin a clipboard and a pen to sign for the special stipulation, which Austin does before Hayley reveals that he signed up for a No DQ One Handed Blindfold match. Mad Dog and Hayley proceed to beat Austin down, getting Hayley the win.
The next week, Austin comes to the ring announcing that he wants Mad Dog's Harcore Championship. Instead, Jim Cornette books him in a tag team match with Harli as a partner against Mad Dog and Jacob Casey. Hayley comes to the ring to exchange words with Austin but gets Pedigreed before Mad Dog runs out to confront Austin and Harli appears on stage. Austin and Harli defeat The Insane Motha ******** in the match by DQ and both teams brawl after the match.
The Hardcore Horsemen, Mad Dog, Hayley Stone, Ivan, and Jacob Casey, met in the ring as Mad Dog delivered their "State of the World Address". Mad Dog addresses the fact that to get a shot at the women's title, Hayley will have to beat Lita in a contender's match in which the winner picks the rules of the title match. Hayley announces that she will be having a Kitchen Match when she wins, filling the ring full of items found in a kitchen to use as weapons. Mad Dog promotes The Insane Motha ********, himself and Jacob Casey, being in the TLC match for the tag titles, announcing that ladders and weapons are right up their alley. Finally, Mad Dog addresses Harli, K Fresh, and Austin, all of whom he has had trouble with recently, and announced that he would see them all in a Hardcore match for his belt with the stipulation being that to become champion, one of them had to pin him.
Hayley Stone defeated Lita in a number one contender's match for the Women's Championship.
Otaking defeated Edge to win the non-official, not-recognized Bloody Razor title. After the match he throws down the belt claiming that he doesn't want something that isn't even official. Samoa Dan comes to the ring with Revered Crowley and grabs the belt, proclaiming himself the Bloody Razor champion. Edge screams at Dan, claiming that the belt is his, so Jim Cornette appears on the Titantron booking the match for the belt right then. Edge tries to take the title and leave, but Jim Cornette blocks the doors with security guards and tells Edge that he's going to compete. Edge names his condition as the winner of the match gets a title shot for a real belt, the Television title. Once Cornette allows it, Edge cuts his forehead to lose the First Blood match, allowing Samoa Dan to retain.
The next week, Samoa Dan takes the Bloody Razor title and burns it in a gasoline-filled trashcan, destroying it and declaring it worthless.
Jacob Figgins appeared in the ring claiming that he's paid by appearance and not appearing enough, insulting Cornette and demanding a match. Jim Cornette books him in a 2 out of 3 Tables match with Marxx, which Figgins goes on to win.

RWA Magazine Issue 6 by Hayley Stone
Full results from Holy Wars
The first match was for the World Tag Team Championship in a Tables, Ladders & Chairs (oh my!) match. The Hardy Boys and Insane Motha ******** were pulled out of the title match. Challengers T&C and The Destroyers tried to destroy the title holders The Smokin’ Samoans, however, Dan managed to climb the ladder and recapture their gold.
In a very short match, we saw Hayley Stone defeat Monkey Joe(lina) in a Kitchen match for the RWA Women's Championship. Mad Dog, who was at ringside, didn’t wait to get the Dog Pound onto Joe(lina) and with Hayley’s Diva Dust Drop, Joe(lina) had no chance.
The Hardcore match for the Hardcore Championship had a slight adjustment as Austin, who was meant to be in the title match with Harli, K Fresh and the Hardcore Champ, Mad Dog, was assaulted minutes before the match started. Of course, the assault was carried out by Mad Dog and his valet, Hayley Stone. General manager Jim Cornette made a sensational announcement that it would not be a triple treat as Havok, the number one contender to the Hardcore Championship replaced Austin. Harli gave Hayley a chokeslam after she interfered in the match. This made the match fairer on the challengers, as they could now focus on the gold. K Fresh came out of the ring the new Hardcore Champion thanks to the La de a Caballo. But will Mad Dog seek revenge on the new champ?
In the triple threat match for the RWA Television Championship, we saw Cartwright surprisingly retain his title to Dan and Figgins. The other challengers got a few good moves on Cartwright, but not enough. In a sneak attack, Catwright managed to get the Cartwright Crash on Dan, retaining the title.
In the main event of the PPV, we saw CwP win the RWA World Heavyweight Championship from The Maverick. CwP wasted no time in finishing Maverick and got the Tazzmission onto him, winning the WHC.

RWA Magazine Issue Seven By Dudecommy
This week in RWA, the current GM Jim Cornette announced that due to the new influx of talent into RWA and the many different contenders, Cornette created tournaments for the different titles. The finalists of the tournaments will face one another at the next PPV, and the winners will challenge the champions the following week on RWA Shellshock. The tournaments are the RWA World Heavyweight Championship Tourney, the RWA TV Title Tourney, and the RWA Hardcore Championship King of the Deathmatch. The Women’s Championship holder Hayley Stone will have her opponent decided by a 6 woman elimination matcg with the 3 remaining women fighting against one another for the final match to decide Stone’s opponent.
The only titles left are the RWA Tag Team Titles, held by The Smokin’ Samoans. They were not chosen to be up for grabs after a tournament, but that doesn’t mean that they are out of the woods for long. After their win against the Star Destroyers to retain the titles, they must look on to the future. Along with the influx of singles competition to RWA, there is also more tag teams invading the tag team division. Besides the already big tag teams of The Avenged and T&C, joining the tag roster are teams such as Superheros X, America’s Greatest Tag Team/Faction, X-Rated and more. How will the current champions do against these new teams? Or can they still hold their heads high with titles in hand triumphant over them? Only time will tell…
This Week on RWA Shellshock, Jim Cornette set up a match of epic proportions. It was a Champion vs. Champion match, throwing “The Talented One” Cartwright, the TV Champion vs. K Fresh, the Hardcore Champion against one another. It was a great match, having K Fresh declared the winner by pinfall. However, in the match the former Hardcore Champion “Mad Dog” McLendon interfered, distracting the referee allowing K Fresh to land a chair shot to Cartwright. Even though he came to held K Fresh however, as Fresh was pinning Cartwright, Mad Dog taunted him in a way signaling that he would get the Hardcore Championship back. What does this mean for the current Hardcore Champion? Maybe K Fresh should be a little bit more careful…
Also announced during RWA Shellshock was the take over of EEW Speed. Along with this during “The Freakshow” RWA took EEW Chairman Paul Heyman captive. It seems that RWA is almost in full control…
In other news, here are the results from the matches from this week on RWA Shellshock.
K Fresh defeated Cartwright in a Champion vs. Champion match.
Smokin’ Samoans defeated The Star Destroyers, retaining the Tag Team Titles.
Shadow defeated Mad Dog to advance on in the WHC Tourney.

RWA Magazine Issue Eight Written by [M]a.r.t.s.
On Shellshock, this week was the week of the semi-finals for the tournaments scheduled by the general manager Jim Cornette to decide the #1 contender of every titles. Also, the rumours has been confirmed: There will be a second brand show on RWA. Soon, some wrestlers from Shellshock will be drafted to that second brand, which will basically contains hardcore matches. Will it be an opportunity for some to be in their element, or a reason for some tag teams to be separated? We will know more about that later.
The world heavyweight championship tournament began with eight of the top wrestlers from the company and is now down to two wrestlers. Shadow defeated Travis Dukeman and Otaking defeated Jacob Figgins to advance in the finals of the world heavyweight championship tournament. At Addiction, they will face each other in a ladder match to determinate who will face the world champion.
Another tournament kept the attention of the fans: the King of the Death tournament. The semi-finals contained Raven, Mavlik Young, Xannon Alexander and Harli. Mavlik Young pinned Raven to advance to the finals. We cannot deny the fact that the partners of both competitors (Steve Kent and Vampiro) played a decent role in that match. Xannon Alexander also pinned his opponent, Harli. The final match, scheduled at Addiction, will be a BYOW Exploding Ring Match, which means the competitors bring their own weapons to the ring and that same ring will explode after a certain amount of time.
The TV tourney was also something worth to see as Aiden pinned Mr. T and Marxx defeated Matt Stone. Both will face each other in a 2 out of 3 falls at Addiction to determinate who will be the #1 contender for the Television title.
From six, they became three, and from the three, only one began the #1 contender. The French Diva, Mystique, won a triple threat match against Mitsuki and Codi Paige. She will face Hayley Stone at Addiction for the RWA Women's Championship. On a side note, Mystique is undefeated on RWA. Will she be able to keep her winning streak where it counts the most?
Also, the world was shocked to learn the death of a legend of wrestling, Chris Benoit. Some wrestlers from RWA had good thoughts to share to us about him, but some others had a totally different point of view. The Television champion, Cartwright, shared a controversial opinion about this tragedy, which has been quickly ended by an interruption from Harli.
Other results from this week’s Shellshock taping
- CwP defeated Granite - Samoa Dan defeated Tristianna Taylor in a hardcore match - Snypa Rifle defeated Zanthe - The Executionner defeated Axel Storm - Phyco defeated Katie - The Avenged defeated Justin Whitmore and Matt Shanahan - Swatbad defeated Nightmare - Inferno defeated Matt Shanahan - Bryan Brain defeated Steve Kent - Blaze defeated Saminoz - Ace defeated Havoc - Xw defeated Buzzaw - Freakshow defeated Matt Hardy - Orange Tornado defeated Xavier X - Mike Landry defeated King Chez - American Dream defeated Psycho Sammy - Cartwright defeated Daisuke Kanemoto

RWA Magazine Issue NineBy: Dudecommy Just lately, the PPV Addictions aired to RWA fans worldwide, and were they in for a treat. At addictions, the three tournaments held their finals, titles were put on the line, and many people basked in glory, while others suffered defeat and shame at RWA Addictions. As the week progressed, the RWA fans in anticipation for Addictions to air, the RWA Shellshock GM Jim Cornette posted a video at rwa.com stating the company was going public and that stocks for the company were now for sale. They sold like hotcakes, and at Addictions, Cornette asked for the stockholders to reveal themselves on the air. In answer, only one man answered his reply, and that was John Zandig. Thinking it was a hoax, Cornette demanded Zandig leave, but to his dismay, Zandig was the only Stockholder of RWA. Cornette’s expression dropped as Zandig explained that when he heard of the stocks, he bought all that he could, selling his promotion, even buying the stocks from the other investors. After he was through, he had accumulated a rough estimate of 50% of RWA. With his half of the company, Zandig declared that he would create a hardcore show, and that there would be a draft to decide who would end up where. As he was announcing this, VHS (K Fresh’s personal announcer) announced that K Fresh would come. Sure enough, K Fresh came, and demanded to know what would Zandig do to have the Hardcore Champ on his show. Zandig replied saying that the RWA Hardcore belt would become the RWA Hardcore Heavyweight Championship, and that any of K Fresh’s needs would be fulfilled… to a certain extent. With the negotiations settled and the stockholder shown, the draft was decided. It would take place after Addictions, and here are the results. RWA Draft Results Draft results

The most prized championship in RWA, and possibly all of Sports Entertainment was put on the line, the champion CwP against Bryan Bain. The match took up more than a wopping 50 minutes, the competitors fighting back and forth, until one prevailed. That one… was Bryan Bain. He pulled in the win with an inverted full-nelson followed up by smashing CwP’s face into the mat, followed up by the three count. This match named Bryan Bain the new RWA World Heavyweight champion, and the Bain Championship Era has begun. K Fresh is sometimes referred to as the 50 time Texas World Heavyweight Champion, The Notorious K-I-D, a pompous a**, b*****d, and plenty of other names. However, most of all he is the RWA Hardcore Champion. At Addictions in his Triple Threat Hardcore Match against “Mad Dog” McLendon, and Harli, the Notorious K-I-D retained his Championship, proving that he is truly a fighting champion. The match was a very heated one, with all three opponents using different weapons, help from interference, cheap low blows and wrestling skill, but after a stunning Superkick from K Fresh to Mad Dog, it was inevitable that K Fresh would get the one…two… three. The RWA TV Championship was not up for grabs at Addiction, but something about it was still inevitable to happen. The current TV Champion “The Talented One” Cartwright called out Harli, saying that it was inappropriate of him to have interrupted Cartwright the week before. After the Triple Threat Hardcore match for the RWA Hardcore Title, a slightly exhausted Harli answered Cartwright’s challenge. After a brief struggle, Cartwright nailed Harli with the TV Championship Belt, and started to leave the arena with a smirk on his face. When Harli awoke, he challenged Cartwright to a Street Fight for the RWA TV championship, which Cartwright accepted. What will management say about this challenge, and will the fans get to see it, or have to see some other for of fight for the belt? Tune in next week on Shellshock to find out. The Smokin’ Samoans, since their debute in RWA have been the tag team champions and every time they put up their title, they retain. This last title defense however… was different. They went up against X-Rated members K Fresh and Inferno, and after a short fight, suddenly Samoan Dan betrayed Figmaga, and hit him with a Samoan Drop! Quick to take advantage, Inferno made the pin on Figmaga, and gained the three count. The RWA Tag Titles, after being held for so long by the Smokin’ Samoans, changed hands to X-Rated because of the betrayal of Figmaga, by Samoan Dan. Although this title isn’t as big as the RWA World Heavyweight Title, the RWA Women’s Championship is still coveted by many, and held by few. During Addictions, Hayley Stone was to defend her Women’s Championship against the French Diva, Mystique. After a few hits from each woman, Hayley almost hit the Diva Dust Drop, but was thwarted by Mystique. Not giving up though, Hayley was able to keep the position on Mystique and was finally able to hit the Diva Dust Drop onto Mystique, allowing Hayley to gain the win via pin and to retain her title. After Holy Wars, Jim Cornette announced that there would be tournaments to decide who the #1 contenders would be for different titles, the finals being held at Addictions. The three tournaments were for the RWA World Heavyweight Championship, The RWA TV Title, and the RWA Hardcore Title. The finalists are as listed below, with their match type and description. RWA World Heavyweight Finalists: Shadow vs. Otaking Ladder Match The match started out with Otaking taking a quick pummeling, until he made a comeback by knocking a ladder into Shadow’s face. They continued the fight outside the ring, until Otaking got back into the ring trying to set the ladder up. Shadow stopped him though, and then after throwing Otaking out of the ring, started to climb the ladder. Otaking rushed back into the ring, where a battle right under the contract and many feet above the ring ensued. They exchanged punches, until Shadow tried a eye rake, and then a kick that sent both of the fighters to the mat. Shadow and Otaking continued the fight on the mat, until finally Shadow ends up outside, where Otaking hits him with a Kamikaze Splash, followed by him climbing the ladder and grabbing the contract. RWA TV Title Finalists: Aiden vs. Marxx 2 Out of 3 Falls Marxx’s match was not as eventful as Otaking and Shadows. He made his entrance, and after awhile he was given the win via no show! Not truly winning the way he was supposed to, is Marxx truly ready to face Cartwright, or is he just getting by on “dumb luck”? RWA Hardcore Finalists: Mavlik Young vs. Xannon Alexander, Barbwire rope BringYourOwnWeapon Exploding Ring Match Mavlik’s fight almost ended up the same as Marxx’s, if it wasn’t for a challenger that no one had expected. As Mavlik left the arena, he was suddenly attacked by Necro Butcher, who received a great pop from the crowd. He forced Mavlik back a bit, until eventually Necro and Mavlik started to exchange one of Necro’s little tricks, the Necro punches. This forced Mavlik back after an exchange of about 4 or 5 punches, which gave Necro the time to get a couple of chairs. Mavlik was smashed against one, but afterwards Mavlik launched an attempted comeback. Mavlik hit a low blow to Necro using a pair of brass knuckles, and then wanting to get back at Necro, he hit him with a Concerto, but Mavlik wasn’t done. He then set Necro against a light tube wrapped table, and was able to DDT Necro through the table, light tubes and all. Finally, they made their way into the ring, where they did another one of Necro’s old maneuvers for the crowd, where they sat in chairs and hit each other back and forth. Necro won, knocking Mavlik out of the chair. Frustrated, Mavlik slammed his chair against Necro’s skull, followed up by a running knee to Necro’s face. As the timer on the explosion ticked, Mavlik irish whipped Necro to the barbwire, only to have it snap, and get Necro tangled up in it. At that time the explosion went off, brutally burning and scorching the two worn superstars. After putting himself out, Mavlik wearily climbed the turnbuckle and landed a Hell Bomber on Necro, and scored the pin to name him the #1 contender. After X-Rated defeated the Smokin’ Samoans, Samoan Dan decided to make a challenge. He offered to fight anyone for not one, not two, but three titles, the RWA Tag Belt, the EEW Tag Belt, and the RWF Smackdown belt. He was greeted by challengers Matt Shannahan, and the entirity of AGF. However, Matt was told no, and AGF was disqualified by the Special Ref Inferno for the usage of what was thought to be a Kitchen Sink. Mavlik denied these accusations, but the match was over and Samoan Dan had defeated 4 challengers. Although these were some great highlights of Addictions, they weren’t all. Below are the other matches and their results. Mitsuki defeated Codi Paige via Count Out Xw beat Jed by pinfall Freakshow won his match against Phyco by no show, causing Phyco to have her contract terminated and fired “The Franchise Killer” Seth Jeremies defeated Matt Shannahan via pinfall Joker and Jinx both defeated Travis in a strange Triple Threat match via pinfall Nightmare gave Swatbad nightmares by defeating him by pinfall

RWA Magazine Issue 10 By: dudecommy and [M]a.r.t.s
This week was the first week of the split shows here at RWA. Each show has put on a great show, and here is where you may see the news about them.
Shellshock Section By: dudecommy
This week on Shellshock, the new RWA World Heavyweight Champion Bryan Bain let himself known by cutting his first promo as the RWA WHC. He boasted about how he had won because no matter who he would go up against, he would be Simply Better. However, his little celebration was interupted by a man who thought that he should have Baine’s title, and practically challenged Baine for it. After a few words, the challenge was accepted, and a fight ensued, with Jed getting knocked out momentarily by Baine with the title belt to let Baine get away. Maybe Bryan Baine, the RWA World Heavyweight Champion truly is Simply Better.
With X-Rated getting sent to RWA Assault, the RWA Shellshock Tag Titles were left vacant, and two teams came up to the challenge of facing off to capture those vacant titles. Those two teams were Superhero X and AGTT (consisting of Marxx and Steve Kent). Although both teams fought their hardest to prove that they were better, AGTT proved the superior team as they defeated Superhero X, and became the new RWA Shellshock Tag Team Champions. Will these champions be able to live up to the legacy of the former Shellshock Champions Samoan Dan and Figmaga? Or was their win just a stroke of luck?
At the PPV shortly before the aired show of RWA Shellshock, Mystique challenged Hayley Stone for the RWA Women’s Championship, but came up short. However, this week on Shellshock the results were different. Stone was to defend her title once again against Mystique in an Evening Gown match, but lost thus crowning Mystique the new Women’s Champ. Will Stone get a rematch, or be content in her loss? Watch next week to find out.
As the shows departed their separate ways, RWA Assault made many titles. However, Shellshock wasn’t without an added title. Introduced this week was the RWA Pure Title, which is no ordinary title. The Pure Championship has specific rules in the matches that decide who will be its champion after the match is over. Each Pure Title match is contested under Pure Title Rules, which consist of the following: -20 seconds on the floor, only 3 rope breaks for each fighter, and the title may change hands via DQ. The two people that fought for this title were Daniel Cross and Xw, with Xw coming out on top after Daniel Cross was DQed.
With the tournaments over at the end of the PPV, and a few surprise twists, the #1 contenders for three different titles have been named. For the RWA TV Title, Marxx. Challenging for the Hardcore Heavyweight Champion K Fresh for his title, Mavlik Young, and finally Otaking to challenge the one who is Simply Better for the RWA World Heavyweight Championship. However, there is more. Not only are they the #1 contenders for these titles, but they may challenge for these titles whenever they want until told otherwise. They may try to take on their opponents in a clean fight, a hardcore fight, or as a backstabbing sumbitch, but either way, they will get their title shots. So, how will each contender use their title shot? This week on The Freakshow Edition #2, Marxx, Mavlik, and Captain Bob sat down and discussed how they would use their shots. To see more, check the results of this weeks episode of RWA Shellshock.

Assault. The new RWA brand. How many thought someday, there would be a second brand show in Real Wrestling Alternative? Probably no one! But now that it's done, we must look at their show and say to the world how impressive it is!
In every good wrestling show, you need titles you won't find anywhere else. And John Zanding has been able to find these hardcore pearls for the pleasure of the fans! And in their first show, all their single champions were crowned.
The Deathmatch title found the perfect waist to be around in Freakshow. The man defeated Havok in a 200 Light Tubes Deathmatch to become the first champion. Vamp also defeated Raven to become the first Ironman Champion and Joker walked out with the vacant 24/7 title after he pinned Shadow in an incredible match!
For the first time ever, a hippie competed in a Hardcore wrestling show. Jimmy Amore made his debut against "The Samoan Smoking Machine", Samoa Dan. An interesting match won by Samoa Dan via submission. By winning his first match on Assault, was Samoa Dan making a statement about X-Rated reign on the show?
Speaking of debuts, it was also A.C. Tremblay's first match on RWA.The young superstar took on Snypa Rifle in an impressive debut. After several minutes of excitement, Tremblay hit his own version of the TKO, which he called the Precision Driver, on Snypa for the 3-count and his first win in the professionnal circuit.
On the show, we also learned more about a new movie, 'Water World 2: Clam Chowder', starring Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and our RWA Hardcore Champion, K. Fresh. We also learned about Codi Paige's desire of being in a place where she can be as extreme as she really is. Unfortunately, there is just a few womens on Assault, so she decided to become the new manager of Matt Shadesborne and Synyster Black: The Avenged!
We also learned another thing most hardcore fans still can't beleive: Mad Dog is considering the retirement. After he lost the Hardcore title, Mad Dog went on a losing streak, which was too much to handle for him. Will he really retire? Tune in next week on Assault to learn more about it!
Quick Results: Matt Shannahan vs Nightmare (No-Contest) Shadow defeated Xannon Alexander Ivan defeated Granite Saminoz defeated Dox (No-Show) Xavier X defeated Buzzaw Bronk Jason Morris & King Chez defeated The Hardy Boyz Krash vs Vampiro (No-Contest)
