We all have them. Enemies of the Doctor we just love to hate (or just plain love). From the Daleks to the Beast, the Doctor and his companions have met a wide collection of baddies. So which one is your favorite?
I'm a new fan to the series, so I don't know a lot about all the older enemies the Doctor has faced. My favorite though, is human, not alien. Remember the Editor from The Long Game? Yep, that is my personal favorite. I'm not quite sure why, but I really like him. Granted, I'm probably the only fangirl of the Editor, but I don't mind.

I hate to hate the Daleks and I love to hate the Master. Those villains just get under my skin but I love them (in a hateful sort of way)

I love to love and hate the Master. The best of the baddies in my opinion! blaugh
I mean does it get any better than a sarcastic, suave, smooth-talking evil Time Lord? I think not. rofl

I gotta agree with WhoGuru on that one...though, I do like the nanogenes...theyre not actually bad, but terribly misguided and causing lots of trouble because of it...
I also like the kid from 'the empty child' I like those episodes...
another favorite would have to be the Isolus from "fear her" LOVE the drawing thing!
most of the old sireis aliens look to silly....but I love most of them too!!!

I liked Lytton, even though he looked kind of dorky wearing that Dalek helmet thingy in 'Resurrection'. That's just one step above having him sport one of those Mickey Mouse hats with the ears...

I like the first Yeti cos they are the cutest aliens in existence but if I were picking a best villain I would have to say the Master, particularly when he's being suave rather than psycho pantomime villain.
There's also one that I think first appeared in the Third Doctor era called Kronos (a Chronovore I believe). It's not that I liked her so much in the episode but I think it's a great idea for a powerful monster, sort of more above and beyond the usual bite-your-arm-off monsters. A monster outside time.
Oh and the Meddling Monk. Just because he's funny.

I really liked the autons from the third doctor. Not the daffodils, or the phone cord, or that stupid chair, but when the mannequins moved in the shop window. That scared the crap out of me! So unexpected!

The Master, but only when he has a goatee and is acting all, how did you put it? Suave.
Oooo, and tthe Daleks, just cause they got plungers!
Black and White box monsters are love, just because their so bad you can't NOT love them.
Overall favourite is Sutek. That guy is creepy as anything.

Cybermen (obviously!)
The Master (especially when played by Roger Delgado)
Sharaz Jek from The Caves Of Androzani (he freaked me out!)
Mr Sin from The Talons Of Weng Chiang (and I'm still scared of puppets to this day!!)
Kiv from Trial Of A Time Lord (so disgusting...)
The Robots Of Death from The Robots Of Death (they just creep me out)
Sutekh from The Pyramids Of Mars (Gabriel Woolf's voice is so eerie!)
And from the current series...
The Reapers (I hate the noise they make)
Cassandra (bitchy trampoline, and when she possessed Rose, she got to snog the Doctor! I'm jealous...)
The Ood (worm faces are never good)
The Clockwork Droids (Again, they scare me. I'm not good with clown masks...)
The Beast (See Sutekh)
The Empress Of The Racnoss (I'm terrified of spiders. That's why I've never watched Planet Of The Spiders!)
I think that's about all, but I don't know what terrors lie in store in the new series!
