The contest is someone who post a picture (Of gackt or anything related) and it will be put up on the thread. After we get 5-10 pictures, The voting will then start to see which background will be the main background for the profile them I making.
So:
Upload picture
Wait
Vote
Done
Thats all is to it.
Oh! and keep it...appropriate, I havent reach the TOS (Too lazy) so yaaa...but I know the general rule tho
