I could've sworn there was a theory by Einstein that said we'd become pure energy if we used 100% of our brains.

Um... no.
People think that we'd become pure enegry if we traveled at the speed of light (which is in all likelyhood not true). I don't know how you tied that in with the misconception that we don't use 100% of our brains.
