Begins page: 4769 Chi Sohma  Beatrice walked across the pasture. The smell of sweet caramel in the air. Though she noticed more and more pups coming in. The one she met yesterday.. was quite the odd one. And pretty self-active for a child. She thought back on how she was when she was just a pup. She thought... but she couldn't remember, all she knew was of harvest day. Thats all. She settled in the middle of the pasture wrapping her tail around her legs. She lifted her head with upmost bliss. She had been meeting more and more numas.. as apposed to when she was neglected.

Skyefenyx Ashe hissed softly, padding her way through a patch of trees and carefully making sure her little companion wasn't going to get hurt as she wove her way about. Her tail flicked impatiently, she wanted to do something today, not just "explore". But what would she do? Her father had told her to go exploring and look about the land saying he trusted her enough to know what to do but if she needed anything he would be able to come there and help her. She had shrugged, grateful for the chance to leave the house. It had been rather boring there. Kechara and Uncle Nalikai were off, probably having fun somewhere. Kechara having said something about meeting with her mate and Nalikai merely looking strained.
She hissed again, perhaps they would like some tea? She was sure she could find some leaves to do so and had decided to do just that--well, right now anyway. Hummed softly she padded along, oblivious to her surroundings except for her search for those plants for tea.

Chi Sohma Beatrice's ears shot up. "Is anyone there?" Her ears were very sharp, minus the defects, her enhanced features kicked in. She got to her feet and sure enough she could smell the thickness of a sugary being. A numa; and she was sure she had smelt this same scent before. The little numa with a father. She walked around trying to find where this little one was.
She spotted the little one and sat behind her as the one was picking tea leafs. Not knowing what those were in the first place. "Ah.. what are doing?" She tilted her head as she spoke in her ascent.

Skyefenyx Ashe looked up, ears twitching as she caught the sound of wings. "Oh, Hello," She greeted, smiling politely. How strange to see this numa once more, she didn't think she would see many numas repeatedly, so this was a nice surprise. Her companion hissed softly, letting his presence be known. Ashe hushed him silently.
"What am kweh I doing?" She repeated, tail flicking, her eyes sparkled with amusement, "I'm picking leavessss to kweh make tea." She turned back around, picking a few more, "You can help if you kweh like." She offered.

Chi Sohma Beatrice's ears switches from perking to attention. "Hm? Picking leafs? Hmm.." She said as she nuzzled her nose on the leafs the little one had in her paws. She identified the smell and started to pick out some of the same leafs. "Ah..I think helping would be appropriate. Your all alone again... That is very dangerous..." She said as she nodded, picking out more leafs.

Skyefenyx Ashe laughed softly, "Apologiesss, but I am kweh never alone." She replied softly, nuzzling her companion who hissed an agreement. She paused in her activity, "Hold on, love," She said, motioning with a paw, "Make sure kweh you pick the ones that look like mine, yess? We need sspecial leavesss." She intsructed, offering a few of the ones she had already picked as examples. "Sssome leavesss are not kweh good for tea."

Chi Sohma Beatrice's ears slicked down. She looked at the leafs she had in her paws. They smelt the same.. maybe it was because they were in the same patch of grass. She sat down next to the little one and took the offering leafs. Picking out the ones that were now correct. She wagged her tail blissfully now to understand which ones were for- .. "Tea? Tea... Whats that?" She said as she tilted her head to the little one some confused but still picking away to where the correct ones were.

Skyefenyx Ashe smiled gently, "Tea isss sssomething you kweh drink," She explained softly, nodding slightly, "It hasss many kweh uses." She let out a sigh, "I am hoping that it will kweh help my family when they need to be comforted." She shrugged, "But I do not know." Her tail flicked again. She didn't like to worry about others, it disturbed her tranquilty. She would try to help and calm the numa who was distressed, both to help them and return her inner calm.

Beatrice looked at the other. She smelt worry in her voice. She didn't know if something happened with her family or not. There had to be something wrong if it was disturbing her in that matter. She wanted to help so she picked as many as her paws could hold. She set them beside the little one in hopes it will help the family. The only family she knew was of humans. And her two sisters that she was told about, and have recently met. She nuzzled the little one and looked at her snakey friend as well. "Ah. Well I hope this will help. I don't know much of family... but I try. I try help." She said with kind words. "You are a very strong numa..." She then said as she looked over to where more of the same leafs laid.

Skyefenyx Ashe was very surprised when she found herself in the others embrace, there had been no warning toward it and Ashe wiggled instinctively, "Wh-what?" She squeaked, voice pitching high.
She relaxed--reluctantly--when she heard the thanks-giving female speak, "W-well, you don't kweh need to know much about family to have one." She replied, flustered, "I jussst have one, I don't know kweh how I got here. There'sss thissss girl--Sssskye, I kweh think--Ssshe comesss around and kweh hangsss out with usss, ssshe likesss to sspend time with usss kweh." She flushed pink at her next words, "N-not really...." She shook her head, "I'm jussst kweh helping out..."

Chi Sohma "Helping...." She said and nuzzled the little one before getting back to the leafs. "I have one. They consist of humans mostly. Chi and Lorako are their names. then the sisters that Lorako has told me about... Its hectic.. we don't even know each other.. " She looked at the blush over the little one's face. "Ah..? I think you are thinking about that numa much. You are caring." She nodded and petted the other with her tail; softly. It had to be that there were close bonds. It had to be.
She wished her family had tight bonds and was more stable.

Skyefenyx Ashe squirmed a bit, uncomfortable with such contact. She paused for a moment, looking up at her, "That'sss not a kweh family." She stated matter-of-factly, "You cannot have a "family" if you kweh do not know eachother." She huffed softly, finding this entire conversation a bit awkward.
She shook her head, confused, "What numa?" She asked, tilting her head, "I don't know what you're talking about," She was confused. Did this female think that she was thinking about someone other then family? She wasn't, there was no one and Ashe intended to keep it that way.

Chi Sohma She ceased contact with the other as when she did the other didnt like that. She had met numas quite the same. With no contact they were better off. She nodded. "My apologize." She said as she petted some leafs down. Her hair on her head slipping over one eye. She wagged her tail. "No family? Its my family though." She said smiling. "I try and make it bestest as possible! " She retorted happily. She thought her family was her family. Even if they were humans. She wanted to create more of a bond though. Stronger. "Its teh only family I know..." She said as her head lowered and her ears slicking down to her head. Was she wrong about this family thing. It always seemed to come up when this little one was around.

Skyefenyx "Oof!" Ashe dropped to the ground and shook herself slightly, putting her fur back in place. ashe shrugged, "You can call it a kweh family, if you think it asss one." She replied, attempting to remain optimistic, "It'sss alwaysss a kweh good thing to try your hardessst." Ashe blinked, looking up at the older female. "Are you okay?" She asked, a hint of a trill on her voice, "Do I kweh upssset you?" Her ears slicked back; she didn't want to hurt anyone, she was just giving her opinion. She should really learn to shut up.

Chi Sohma Beatrice smiled covering her thoughts away as always.
"No you don't upset me. I am just thinking of a lot of things..." She nodded. She thinking that Fire and Christmas should be around. Hoping they would come. It was always sad though. It hurt when they weren't around. Hoping that she can form a family with them. Be beside them always. Shaking her head in disbelief. That could never happen.
"I see..." She nodded then after reassuring herself. She looked down and picked up Takato in her mouth. "What are you doing out of the house?"
