for lack of idea on where exactly to post this.
anyways, due to falling and hitting my side, my back has been kinda bad for a bit, but now that i have a strenuous job, it has steadily gotten worse, and now its crackling and popping all the time! i'm only 19, near 20, so this is a young age for back issues. is anybody here really good at healing and could help?

That really doesn't sound nice.
I think tai chi lessons, tell them about your back, and trust me, eventually it'll get back into place. What country are you in?

Ice Djinni Kaidreil for people who can do reiki there's distance healing.. sweatdrop but i dont know reiki, thats my mom;;; *Ears perks* I can send you a distance healing if you like. This wouldn't correct the problem but it could help it some. As far as other suggestions go, have you tried accupuncture or some form of physical fitness. MY mom and dad both have back problens and they found physical fitness to be helpful. My sister is a semi-professional dancer and when her back got messed up in a car accident she did accupuncture and massage for a while and that seemed to help to. Maybe one or both of these solutions could help you? Also have you talked to a doctor about what might be helpful. I live in MA, but I know the alternative treatments mentioned and implemented above were reccomended by our regular physician and our insurance covered the costs. Also a chiropractor might be helpful.

well, i got two months till i am covered by my work's health insurance, so i cant see a doctor till then. i dont think we have any doctors that practice accupuncture. i know there is a chiropractor for when my health insurance kicks in.
my job is welding, so i'm moving heavy metal objects constantly and doing a lot of moving around. so thats kinda physical fitness in it's self. @_@
anyways, yeah, i know distance healing wont correct the problem, but any help i can get would really help, thank you ^^

galdon my job is welding, so i'm moving heavy metal objects constantly and doing a lot of moving around. so thats kinda physical fitness in it's self. @_@ i should knock you around til tuesday after next, just so you can experience exercise. thats not what was meant, and yuou would be foolish to even think that, still i should be understanding. you body needs exercise in more areas than you currently are giving it, i know how welding is, i used to weld, now im a computer admnistraor. listen well to your body, take a break and tell those that wont let you to go to hell. for in this your body is more important. work out/exercise thos areas of your body, slowly at first so you dont pull anything. then steadily ( i make it a quick pace) add more moveent and strenuous exercises to what yu do. then relax ad do some acupuncture say, once a month? or find good friend with firm hands ( or your girlfriend of sorts) and have saidperson give your back a rubdown. releasing the tension in your muscles and bones. if i were there, i could fix your problem in two days. but i wont be so your going to have to find someone with good hands. have them rub the back, in circular motions, gently at firstbut slowly diggning in, then after about five minutes reverse direction and move in figure eights. work lower and lower until you reach the problem spot and then try to 'stretch it out' by rubbing it in and oiut. it may hurt but it will eventually work ( like say in two days, especially if the person you find can channel the appropiate energy through their hands). its long but it works. i had to do this sort of thing for my brother a while ago. well later my brethren

I don't mean to be cold, but...
chiropractor?
I'm 20 and have joint and back problems, especially after carrying heavy things. Or doing something strenuous. Its not super uncommon - especially if you are a body type that isn't built for it.

My back used to pop and click... until it started grinding...
After I graduated high school which was the end of my football career, it slowly started to fix itself. Thankfully my neck did too. That was excruciatingly painful at times to say the least.

my mind is so active, trying to clear it to meditate only lasts a few seconds before my mind goes off on some random series of thoughts. visualization though, i got down XD my mind puts a picture to every thought
phantom, i said before that my insurance wont be active for two more months, or i would be knocking on the chiropractor's door right now. @_@

There are a few things you can try.
exclaim eliminate unneeded stress
Don't let yourself get all worked up when you don't need to be. Stress can do loads of damage to your body. (and it might be one of the main factors)
exclaim start doing morning stretches
Personally, I like aikido warm up exercises/stretches. They condition your body while helping to prevent damage. One stretch in particular targets the back. Fold one leg slightly in front of you and tuck the other leg underneath it. (it almost looks like the number 4) Then, grab the bottom ankle and very slowly roll backwards (the same movement as a rocking chair) while holding your legs to you. Target specific areas of your back and gradually cover the entire surface. This works up back muscle and gives you control and balance, plus its a great way to crack your own back.
exclaim Meditation
Even if you have a short attention span, you'll only have to perform a very basic process. The first thing one learns when practicing meditation is the act of making oneself relax. Step by step, concentrate and work your way from your toes to the tip of your head, allowing yourself to almost melt into the floor.
exclaim Make sure you're eating a healthy diet.
Body aches and pains might be a sign of malnutrition. Even taking daily vitamins will make a huge difference. (Go to your local pharmacy and ask for a recommendation on what kind will work best for you)
You're at the age where you're finally losing your youth. Healing rates degenerate considerably after 18 years. Bodily aches and pains are a fact of life. Healing will only grant a temperary release... if it helps at all. Teach yourself how to manipulate your body's release of endorphins or adrenaline to control the levels of pain you feel... (which in some ways, is the very same process that a healer does to you)

this is weird XD i was sliding under something (it was either slide or crawl around on the floor) and i twisted my leg and it made a big pop right on my knee, yet oddly enough, my leg feels better than it usually does O_o
anyways, i dont have time to stretch in the mornings, i wake up at 6 in the morning already and leave at 6:15-6:20
i try meditation when i can, and as far as attention span goes, i dare you to find someone with a shorter one than mine! oh wait, larxine beats me
