The young natural-coloured goddess perched herself on a limb in the trees, as she masked her wings from the world. She yawned in boredom, but still wanted to keep away for the mortals. They were interesting, but her parents told her a thousand times before that they were bad. ... not like her parents were around anymore to tell her right from wrong in the first place. Her collar jingled lightly as she moved about, getting comfortable.
A light breeze caught her attention. How could there be a breeze in a jungle? Curiously she looked about, and then shrugged, as she closed her eyes shut for some relaxation. She kept awake though, she never knew when the mortals would attack her. She had a bad feeling about this place from the start, but still stayed here. It was a nice hideaway from the outside world. Not many creatures tread in these parts.

A golden light preceeded the form that glided through the forest, a small becon to warn others that a warm spirit was soon to grace the land. The golden form that emerged from the light gingerly placed out a paw before her head peeked out, the mane of hair soon following as it drifted down to hang off of her neck, as it would if a zebra's mane was longer then it normally was. Her emerald eyes blinked as the rest of her form slipped out, her massively long wings trailing out even past her wings. And as soon as the last feather was out, the light disappeared, allowing the forest to go back to it's pervious state of birds chirping and life resuming.
Mdhamana'kinymkela, the guardian wind spirit, as she was called, was out to stretch her mind as well as her legs on this quiet day. She tired of the God's Haven, it seemed so much duller then it did when she was just a young god, when the world was just growing into what it was today. So she found herself in a large jungle, and presumibly one that was not inhabited with predators, for the birds, as well as the breeze that followed her, told her so. Well, but it certainly wasn't empty. Her ears perked forward as she spotted a still form, wonder if that is why the winds had brought her here today, or if there was perhaps another that she was to meet.
She slowly began to make her way towards the form, the ribbons on her forelegs dancing with the movement as she let her wings drag on the ground, being quiet, yet not silent.

Her ears twitched, as Kenzi felt a strange presence. Curious, she peeked one eyes open, and then instantly shut it. A blinding light had disappeared, as a figure came out of it, one with wings. She kept silent, as she hid from it, wanting to not be seen just yet and though, she opened her eyes to view it. As its bright colours, and divine scents poured into her face, she was shocked. ... Another Goddess, out here? They never seemed to leave her alone! Ah well, maybe this one would be more interesting. She grinned, as she lept down to the ground, playfully. Her wings were still hidden from the world.
Her brown eyes viewed the other lioness, a glare in her eyes. Almost as if she was annoyed to find another one around to disrupt her snooze. "So, what brings a divine one like you this far out in the Jungle? ... the Haven get too boring for you? ... it did for me." A smirk stayed on her maw.

Mana soon stopped when she saw that the other was awake, are aware of her presence. She arched her head down, a slow, but warm smile breaking her maw. The goddess rarely grew irritated, or angry, and thus forgave the taunt and glare. If the brown lioness wanted her gone, she would simply leave. Mana was there for warmth, for assitance; if she was unwanted or unneeded, she would move on to wherever the winds wanted to take her.
"Well, they are certainly more deserted then they were many years ago," she stated calmly. So this one mentioned the Haven's were boring for her? She must either have been a goddess, and lost her status, or else felt the need to hide her wings from the mortal realm. Fair enough, ever soul could do as they please. "And the mortal realm is always full os pleasant surprises, is it now?" She offered her own smirk, assuming that her assumption was right, but she would not directly call out the copper-eyed lioness.

"Unfortunately, that is the fate of the jungle. The population comes and goes, and even though we are of the divine, we still have no control over it." She sighed, peered about the lands. They were quite beautiful. She loved the warmth and dampness the jungle brought. It was quite an interesting thing, indeed. She continued to keep her wings hidden. She had to have clued in enough that she was a Goddess. Smiling warmly, she nodded.
"The mortal realm will always be full of suprises. They never stop amusing me. The concepts and things these creatures deal with ... " She paused, and then rolled her eyes, as she extended her wings into view. It was annoying to hide them, as it took a lot of her strength. "I was afraid some mortal would be nearby, so I hid my image. I don't need them knowing too much about me. My intentions are good, nonetheless."

Mana's smile grew a little bit larger, her heart deciding that this was a kind goddess indeed. She was pleased with that, as the winds had told her of how some gods were abusing their duty, and creating more trouble then their domain should allow.
She set herself down on her haunches, her wings folding up behind her back to cascade down her back. The ribbons along her legs settled onto the ground, and the goddess offered an understanding nod. "True, there are times that I perhaps should offer to keep myself as a mortal, but I never quite seem to learn from it." She laughed for a moment before continuing. "Though the winds follow me, so I don't know how well I could keep hidden, even with that."
Her ears swiveled forward, her mind curious on the manner that would make the goddess hide herself. But some things were better left unsaid, and if the brown goddess offered the information herself, only then would Mana learn of it. History was something that was precious, and rarely shared. "Do you come here often, where few but birds and monkeys roam?"

"Yes, I come to the jungle often. The common, calming rains drag me in, as do the beautiful sounds of nature. The Jungle is a lovely place to hide, for the most part. Mortals barely roam here anymore, and usually don't bother me. Otherwise I just hide in the Haven. Its nice, but ... its too perfect for me. I only go there when i'm sick of the mortal realm." She grinned, as she folded her wings back, making herself more comfortable.
"Yeah, I've noticed theres a lot of us who don't hide our wings when we probably should. Then they wouldn't know so much about it, but I don't go around dictating the lives of other mortals and immortals. They all have their reasons for doing what they must."

Mana took in the other goddess' words carefully, trying to get a judgement on her character. Though Mana could tolerate anyone that she came across with, she wanted to get a good grasp of their personality, so she could be careful to not offend them. It was her joy to see others happy, and saying the wrong thing could certainly shatter that.
"Aaah, so you find wings distracting?" Mana couldn't help but give a chuckle out of that, her normal wings twice as long as other god's wings. She never bothered with them too much, letting the birds clean them for her if they felt up to it. "Though I say, I must agree with that point. Never meddle into things that you do not belong in. I let the winds guide me to where they think I should go, and help where I can. Otherwise, a nice relaxing getaway like the jungle is where I can be found. The world is so young, it's best to not rush everything."

"Yeah, they can be annoying at times." Kenzi looked back at them, squinting her eyes in disgust. The blue wings were huge, probably too large for her to bother with. She barely flew, anyways. She was too busy hiding in the trees and darkness of the mortal world.
"I hate when others meddle. It ruins the perfect balance of all the things in the area. I think some of the Gods need to tone it down a bit, because it is out of control, from my stand point. We might be divine, but that does not give us the right to ruin the lives of others." She sighed, and then nodded in agreement. "Yes, this place is a relaxing getaway. I love this place very much, if you can't tell already."

Mana's ears perked when she heard what the brown goddess had to speak of. It was a bit refreshing to the old goddess to hear this other having similar views of how the world should work. Mana made sure that she could be helpful to mortals if needed, but otherwise just let herself drift. "Interesting to hear this coming from another, a refreshing mind echoing my own."
She swished her tail back up along her side, content. Well, the winds brought her here for a good reason, and she was content. "A soft place, one that seems hidden from all. I will not invade your privacty again, and hope you forgive me for that." She offered a bow. "But I will admire it for the time I am here," she said calmly, a smile breaking out of her face again.

"Ah, you feel the same way?" She smiled, lightly flapping her wings for some fresh air. "Thats neat. I don't meet many out there like me. Or well, I don't really talk to that many, anyways. I just hide myself." Though, she was happy for the company, for now. It was refreshing to have another goddess to chat with. She for one was grateful for the moment given to her.
"Oh, no. Your not invading my privacy. Your far from it." She purred, and nodded. "Of course I forgive you. Anyways, it takes a lot to 'invade' my personal space. I'm more worried about the minds of others than of you. You seem much calmer, and nicer than others I have seen." Kenzi grinned.

"Aaaah," the goddess waved off the kind words of the other with a paw. "I am only calm because I have been around for much too long. I've seen too much to really let things get under my feathers, so to speak. It comes with the territory of being Wind." She smiled again, her wings shuffling a bit
"Is there a reason that you hide yourself? I will assume that if you come across the gods that are not so kind, perhaps, but I know that there are many out there such as I. Perhaps even kinder as I. I will admit that I have a short temper." She tilted her head up to give a chuckle, knowing full well that while it didn't seem like the truth, it was far from it.

"Ah yes, the wind is rather calm. That almost slipped my mind." She grinned. Kenzi usually roamed the lands, but she never took too much care to think about the elements of the lands. Wind was a very important one, though. She thought about it for a moment before being questioned.
"Well, you see ... I hide myself most of the time because I don't take kindly to rouges often. I have seen the skies of many prides, though. They seem more in order than the random rouges." She cringed at the thought of the Motoujamii. It was a pride she hated most.

Mana could lightly understand, but since she normally did not run into too much trouble when she was wandering in the mortal lands, where there were many rogue and pride lions alike, she did not completely understand.
"Mortal rogues? I see. There are many that are hostile, attack anything that they see. I guess if you are not prepared for them, they can take advantage of the fact they have surprised you." She wasn't completely sure as to what she meant, so she tried to guess it while understanding. "Prides are certainly more organized, I'll agree."

"Hmm, yes." She smiled with a nod. "I know I sound confusing, but I just ... i'd rather just keep to myself in a forgotten land, for from those who could find me." Kenzi thought about her travels in the lands; and of all they places she'd been on her own of all she saw, this Jungle seemed to be the safest of them all. "Unfortunately, I was never really ever opened with welcome arms to the lands i've visited. So, maybe my place is in the clouds, where they cannot touch, see, or find me. I still love these calming lands, though."
She stood up, and extended her wings. "And while i'd love to relax the remainder of my day, I do have my other God friend to attend to. I'm sure he's done dealing with the Famine of today. So, I apologize for the sudden leave. But, no worries. Maybe you'll see me again soon. I always go to secluded or hidden places."
