What is wrong with these people! Why can't I put links to a game-site in my signature. Is gaia afraid of competition? All this does is disgruntle, and annoy those who are here. It causes that extra tap, that causes people to up and leave. I am talking, about signatures. Why are they so short? I want to put two links, a picture, and a funny comment. But I cannot, because that is too long. Too long? What the hell!

Whining about it won't change anything. It's the rule. Live with it.
Why do you need such a long signature anyway? 255 is more than enough for me.

Would Burger King have stands advertising McDonalds in their fast food joint? long sigs would mean lots of page scrolling in forums. then people would turn them off so they wouldn't have to scroll. that would result in you sig not being seen anyhow! gonk
I kinda like the short sig rule. I HATE 100-million-years-long sigs.
Seriously, go to the PokeCommunity forums and look at their sigs. It takes absolutely forever to scroll through them. That's why I stopped going there.
