okay so I was watching Naruto and the frog goes "water bullets" and the sand raccon thinggy goes "Wind bullets" so which would hurt more? wind or water

Hmm... well, high-pressure water WOULD hurt (I was watching some Black History Month stuff and the police spray water at them through a high pressure hose, people were falling over), but have you ever stood out in 50 mph wind? It's cold and it really hurts, and it's especially not pleasant if you're wearing a dress.

I'll say wind.

not just that peoples skin was torn off from some of those hose attacks.
