 A mysterious sound came out of a bush . It sounded like a baby lion and it was . It was Demani a male baby lion . He was just waking up from his nap and he yawned . The little light that came from the places without leafs on the bush lightened his dark red eyes and they shined like stars . The baby lion came out from the bush and went forward . He was very young so he didn't know much about the mysterious and sometimes dangerous jungle .

The slender form of a white feline crossed through the jungle. Green markings decorated her eyes, left should and a few stripes upon her tail. Violet eyes stared at everything before her, nearly missing the young cub before her. Just before she passed him she noticed him and stopped.
Seeing the form of the young cub sparked something in her memory, but she couldn't place it.

Demani stared at the lioness and stepped a little backwards . He was very afraid . He looked left , looked right and jumped trembling in the bush again .

Malika raised an eyebrow that the small cub on the ground. "What's wrong?" Her mothering nature getting the best of her.

The little cub showed his head out of the bush and sayd "Please , don't hurt me !" His voice was trembling and he was shaking . He was very afraid because he was 10 times smaller than the lioness standing infront of him .

Laughter broke out from the adult. "Hurt you? Now why would I do that?" This cub before her was an interesting one, she'd give him that. "I wouldn't hurt anything but my next meal." The statement was true.

"Really ?" Demanis eyes were full of joy ! They blinked and shined . "Uhm...I'm Demani and you ..." a short silence . The cub was waiting for the lioness to respond .

"Yes really." Malika chuckled amused by his behavior. "My name is Malika'Eusi." The lioness stated with a soft smile.
