The jungle, such a mystifying place.....
It continuously draws me back no matter how much I do not want to return.
These thoughts crossed the mind of a green feline. Spots decorated her body, from head to the tip of her tail. There was little that was not covered by the black spots of her pelt, only her underbelly and bits of her face, around her maw, was not covered in spots which was slightly soothing to the female.
Legs moved forward as she danced around the trees, her tail flicking behind her aimlessly. The leopardess's eyes were focused on mainly what was before her, but at the same thing everything around her form. Those pink eyes of hers took note of everything around her, the colorful plants that surrounded her, the snakes up in the tree, the falling darkness as she descended deeper into the depths of the jungle, where the light was harder to find.

He was in the jungle for who knew what reason, and he felt completely vulnerable and open. This male had very few spots on his own brown pelt and yellow eyes that looked cold and curious. He hadn't been in the jungle before, and Isimangaliso did love to explore new territories.
Brown ears swivled this way and that, thick tail tense behind him, observing, listening, hunting something to eat. The rouge hadn't eaten today, so his movements were sluggish, wary and wobbly. The leopard shook his head hard as he found a thick tree. Maybe I'll look up there and rest... he thought to himself, giving himself a grin that seemed almost cruel on his lips. "Aaah.."
With that, he jumped on the tree and dug his claws in, climbed and scampered up to the first thick branch he could and laid down, head on his paws looking down, waiting for something to come his way.

The colors of the forest helped the female leopard blend in quite nicely, to the point she was nearly invisible, just the way she liked it. A soft purr escaped her as her limbs carried her forward. Glancing up at the sky every now and then.
By now only splotches of light could be seen and Nafsi decided to stop, under a tree without glancing up to see if it was empty. Her form was well hidden except for the pink of her open eyes and ear. Her head settled down on her forepaws, her tail wrapping around her body.

With a sigh the male leopard looked down under his tree and frowned. Nothing was coming his way and he was so hungry! As Isimangaliso shifted, he lost his footing and fell out of the tree with a yelp and a growl. He felt something furry under him and quickly got up, his fur bristling as he flew backwards to get away from the furry thing which blended in so well with the jungle around them. His yellow eyes spotted a pair of pink ones and his brow rose and he calmed down slightly. Slightly. "Sorry," he mumbled softly, sitting on his haunches and letting his tail curl about to rest on his front paws.
His expression softened when he saw it was a female leopard. He hadn't seen many other ones around, so maybe he'd get lucky and have a friend, though he was supposed to be a solitary hunter. It never hurt, right?

"Eeyaguah!" Weusinafsi cried out the moment something quite heavy fell against her body. She was about to curse him but remembered her manners, it was just an accident, she blended so well into the scenery he couldn't have seen her unless he was looking for her. Which he couldn't have since well, she had never met him before!
The minute he was offer her he apologized, something that the female was glad to hear. Being just a manner fiend it was nice to see that some were sorry even if it could not be helped. Stretching herself to make sure nothing was broken, she focused her attention on the male.
The leopardess took a seat, her pink eyes staring at him. A slight purr as she spoke "Hello there."
