THIS THREAD IS NOW DEFUNCTTo anyone who is interested in voodoo: there is a new guild openned by a good friend and student of mine. it is called CONJOUR, and it is the official guild for my religion. I'm pulling all my resources to help it--i have alot of faith in it, and that it will bring the loa to a new height. Henceforth, all my gaian fortunetelling services will be opperating from there. I just added some Websites on the To DO list above, bt I'll give an overview of my Beliefs as a Voodooisant:
Bon Dieu/Bondje:The High God and Creator. He made all things and sent the Loas to keep up his Job. The Loas act as intercede to Bondje for us, as we have no direct contact with Him.
Mawu-Lisa: The Yin and Yang, the Opposing forces that is/are the Highest Loa. In some traditions, Mawu-Liza, the Devine twins, is elevated to highest God(Louisianna); in some, they are barely ever seen(Haiti)
Loas: the Keepers of this world. They Create, preserve and destroy all in their power. They are pantheistic in nature. They are Definiate, but at One with Nature. I will list the Seven African Powers, the major Loa, here(there are 401 in many pantheons):
Papa Legba: The opener of the crossroads between spirit and material
Obatala: God of Peace and Itellect' the Sky
Oya: Goddess of change and the passage of death
Shango: God of Justice and Lighning
Oshun: Goddess of Beauty and sex
Yemaya: Goddess of Motherhood, Sea and Caring
Ogun: God of Metalwork and Fire; manlyhood

Let me First say that you are empowered by the Loa Aido-Wedo, the Rainbow Serpant. I'd say she's your Met-Tet (Matron Loa), as she had much to do with answering your Question.
In the Answer of your question: you are who you are, and you know, deep down, who that is. I feel the nature of the qu is about conformity. Ultimately, Aido-Wedo re-assures me that there is no impression from others on your personality, and that there are some things in your life that may lead to the repression of who-you-are, I think concerning a person.
I also am told there is going to be something--perhaps a secret thing--that you will choose to tell people, and this will illustrate for you that you are your own person.
Advice:
(read this if nothing else)
in daily life, look at the choises you are making and see if you do it by your own standerds and convictions, or if others are imposing there ego on to you; if there is a constant person who does that, one should take contol.

On this particular read, Obatala and Oya came to help me out. Obatala says to turn towards the Earth as your Spiritual inspiration: not as a limited plane, but as a connection to cosmic Beauty, Deity and Power. S/he also points out that the view of the/a Deity is that of an Immanent Life-Force will also help you understand and develp your relationship between you and the Universe. Obatala is also your Met-Tet (patron Loa), and you may Call on him to release you from this stagnation/block you have. You do not have to call on him in voodoo turms, so find a Deity like the Description in My Beliefs thing.
Oya says that there is "a message in the Graveyard". the Graveyard refers to the Shamanic Underworld (I call it Deadside). This means that you should take a visualized journey to Underworld, and there will be a message for you, which will ultimately be good on both Spirtual and Physical levels. Oya says to call on her as your guide, or again, her equivalent in another pantheon (E.g. Gatekeeper: Anubis, Hermes, your Matron, etc)
Advice:
-Take the Earth as your symbol of the relationship between you and the cosmos. Take the Deity/ies you have as being the Forces of Life. This will help you advance.
-Call on Obatala, or the equivalent god/dess, to help you release the spiritual block.
-Go to the Shamanic Undreworld via Visualization (I will sent you one if you can't produce one) and call on Oya asyour Guide, or the Equivalent god/dess
