[Continuing Half for Collin and Karyn. :'D]

Collin had given a weary grin over the complicated explanation of the precise forwardness the stranger exhibited. He seemed energized - but, at the same time, oddly tired. Given the happenings and confusion surrounding the entire ordeal, it was only common sense to assume there was some connection between the brief, shining fatigue and the events of the late evening.

With nervous eyes he had gazed upon the relic situated around his neck. His hands had clutched it, feeling the texture with the emotion of uncertainty coursing throughout them. Everything seemed positively absurd - but, he supposed anything was potential in the world. He had seen many a diverse being - and had heard many a method of birth. Regardless, the ideas of gods and children was intimidating. Gods were intended to be powerful beings, were they not?

Shrugging off the misgivings, the young bartender had whipped his line of vision back up to the girl. He had given a firm nod - as if to acknowledge he had heard her - though the dazed look within his eyes told clearly that he did not entirely understand her. "A lot older than you look, then." He had murmured before clearing his throat and shifting uneasily. "Habits come to you naturally. I guess for you forwardness is like my not sloshing drinks - even if it's just water - you angle it just right and pour so it falls in even and slow." Such a ritual it was. He had grown so accustomed to it. Never slosh the drink. It required delicacy to preserve taste. That was what he had always been told - and it had finally sank in to habit within the recent years. "What do I call this thing?" He had inquired, lifting the Relic up slightly, but not daring to attempt to remove it from his neck. "If it's a god, doesn't it have a name?"

Karyn nodded. "Yes usually they get those when they're born. However in this case not all of the guardians know the names of their deities and in some cases what they were even deity over. So they just come up with new ones. The kid's not going to have powers or memories for a few stages so you should be fine." she told him with a nod.

Collin had made no motion of comprehension. Rather, he had stared at her with eyes either blank, confused, or some awkward mixture of the two emotions. For the longest time he had simply stared - and then another question had managed to knock him in the head, followed by another, and another, until he felt himself being bombarded by misgivings.

Looking down at his shirt, his lip had seemed to twitch. He had died. Had anyone seen? He hadn't been paying attention - having had a few drinks before leaving, and having been in as much pain as he had been. Just thinking about it made him cringe and feel it again - mentally. Never did he want to feel the level of death again. It was a hammer crashing down against his very soul. It was terrifying. It hurt. Clearing his throat, Collin had shrugged his shoulders and muttered a quick reply: "Makes sense. Would seem off for a kid to know their name right off." He had spoken with the utmost solemnity. Once more he posed a question, although it was apparent it was intended to be the last one he so wished to ask. "I died. Does that mean ... No one saw anything, right?" His face had twisted at the very idea. How awkward would it be to have been dead and suddenly grown back to life! Shaking his head to himself, he had dismissed the very question he had posed, settling for sitting back and just enjoying the ride - the uniqueness of scenery - and the story that had seemingly began. He had given up believing he were in a dream - or drunken. Suddenly, everything seemed solidly real. What that meant for the tomorrows intended he did not know - but he suddenly found himself intrigued and flattered. In a way, he felt complacent. "Doesn't matter anyway."

"I do not believe so, no. That would make it awkward when your body vanishes and then you get beamed down later." Karyn said with a nod. "Speaking of which we should be about over where you were so we can put you back. If you will follow me we can be on our way."

And with that another guardian had their charge.

((This is done. XD you can get right to your entries)
