This is a fictional world from my stories from whence the following conlangs come: Reemlendisc (Raymland), High Vadeshkii (Vadeska), and the soon-to-come Tienián (Tiennary). The country featuring what is now called Mid Saxon is also here, but that conlang will probably go through a major remodeling... and in the common English the story is written in is spelt as New Zakons.
I'll probably put a lot of stuff in here soon, including a world map and such.

Technology
The culture on the western Azuni continent is remnant of feudal Japan, and the cultures on the eastern continent (as of yet unnamed) is mostly medieval. Even so, there have been many advances in technology that stretch pretty far past our medieval/feudal eras.
Warfare
The weapons of choice are still the elemental ones: the sword, the axe, the spear, and the bow. Crossbow-like weapons are coming into existence, but their range is lacking in comparison to that of longbows. Cultures of the western continent have recently entered the "Steel Age", whereas the cultures of the Azuni lands are still on the butt-end of their "Iron Age", leaving them with some pretty large disadvantages.
One major breakthrough by the Azuni people is the invention of a device reminiscent of the hang glider. Since the Azuni continent is very mountainous, the use of these elementary flying contraptions in warfare is quite appropriate.
