I have been reading the posts lately and I want teveryone to pratice this excersize.Imagine you are at a calm serene beach such as this  and . Breathe in... and out... breathe in... and out.... Many of you are probably wondering why I am saying this. Well, this is because everyone is insulting every other person and IT NEEDS TO STOP! Now that you've taken a deep breath please if you have the time apologize to the others that you have insulted and/or made fun of.
