Is it really true that Gackt fell in love with Hyde on the set of Moon Child?

No in love as in lovers but in love as he is with You. It's more a spiritual thing, like a soul-bonding, than actual lover love. He feels the same way about You. But he did admit that if he were into men that way, he would be in love with Hyde that way.

We'll never know as Gackt is a human and humans lie
And I'm very certain alot of it was just to promote the movie
If they hinted that they MIGHT maybe sorta a little were in love, all the Yaoi girls would go crazy and then the money would roll in
They are good friends, and I do believe Gackt sees Hyde in a special light
But nothing more
I dont have much respect for Gackt, but he sure knows how to milk the Yaoi fans for money

Yea, I heard people saying that Gackt said if he were into men that way he'd love HYDE... And I heard that Gackt was talking about like.. wanting to kiss HYDE or something. o-o

Gackt says in his autobiography that he's straight, and I believe him. So I think that Hyde is a very special person to him, and for Gackt, that is his love.
