Tope woke up this morning very agitated. As usual, he had walked down one of the worn trails that his family used, his brown paws hitting the ground distastefully. He didn't sleep good again, a both annoying and stupid. He was getting more and more hastey with his words and found that... he just was plain pissy all the time. Not that he cared. He simply brushed off his parents and found that... he enjoyed being alone.

Ardhi was out on one of his usual wanders, today he was practicing using his voice. As of late he had begun to understand the words being spoken about him and he was begining to be able to use them himself though unlike his brother and sisters his words came out backwards. His sentences completely turned around. It was irritating to him but it was words. He could comunicate and that was what he cared about. The chirping of a nearby bird caught his attention and in his mind he thought 'look at the pretty bird'. Opening his mouth he tried to speak that sentence. "Bird pretty the at look." Ardhi's expression turned irritated and he growled. Why did his words always come out backwards?!

Tope caught the sound of someone close by and his ears perked. He turned his head, his tan nose catching his brothers scent in the wind. He sighed, that brother of his sure was on odd one. Always struggling to talk, which to Tope was a peice of cake. Nothing came better to him than talking -a bit conceited really-. He sighed again, walking off the path towards his brother. He cocked his head and said with a slight sneer. Even though the lack of talking is long gone, talking like that certainly is a strange way brother. He said, stepping up beside his brother

Ardhi glanced over at Tope as he spoke. Sure he wanted to be as good a talker as Tope was but it wasn't like he wasn't trying. Ardhi gave Tope a drool stare and stuck his tongue out at him. "Tope it help can I like not it's." Ardhi stopped for a moment and growled. That sentence can out correctly in his mind! "Talk can I least at, not or strange."

Tope shook his head slowly, a smile crossing his maw. He licked his lips, stepping up beside his brother and leaning on him momentarily. He then released his lean and stood, his tail curling at the end. I know you can't help it... but you do realize that half the time... it takes a lot longer to figure out what you are saying than if you were just silent... but i am sure it will get better over time, no worriesHe said, walking with his head tilted slightly and his eyes shut. Sometimes he did not know when his words were not hurtful. They just, came to him.

Tope's words hurt more than Tope would ever know. Was it really better if he just went back to silence? Was it better he keep how he felt and what he wanted to say to others inside? Would mother and father rather him never tell him how much he loves them just because they would have to take the time to figure out what he was saying? "Fine. Me to listen to have won't you so just silent be I'll." Ardhi said with a growl in frustration before he picked up his speed to a run. His brother didn't want to hear him then he wouldn't talk around him.

Tope stopped walking and looked at his brother in shock. He words... what had he just said? He blinked, watching his brother speed ahead of him, his pink eyes confused. He licked his lips again and began to hurry after him. For some reason, he did not think his words were that hurtful and in fact, he thought them to be not hurtful at all... but that could be the only reason why his brother had said that. He sped after him.Ardhi... wait... Ardhi!!!! Stop, please? He yelled after his brother, running faster. Sometimes, Tope didn't think before he spoke and more often than not, his words were hurtful or spiteful.

Kimia mewed softly as she watched each light blue paws move in front of the next. She should not have been moving away from her safe place, her new pride... but something there was not right. She did not know where to belong or to go... she did not even have parents! So she could continue to search until she found these things, right?
Her pink eyes slowly moved from her toes to the grass and to the horizon above the grass, widening as she suddenly stopped. A mostly black little cub was running straight at her, and if she saw fast enough another youngling after him! "Guh... ah... wai..." Words seemed to fail her as did her paws, she could give no warning or scramble out of the dark cub's way.

Ardhi turned his to look at Tope now following after him. He glared at his brother. Why did he want him to stop, so he could hurt his feelings some more? "I should why?" Ardhi got out just before he slammed into something hard. He hit the thing hard and fell to the ground. He layed stunned for a moment before he realized he'd run into something living. "Sorry am I! You hurt I did?" Ardhi asked quickly looking at the female cub his eyes filled with worry. Oh he hoped she was ok.

Tope chased after his brother, panting. He stopped his quick pace and lowered his head, with a small sigh. Because, I want to appologise... what I said was mean... andHe shut his eyes and looked down. He loves his brother, it was true. He was closest to his brother than anyone else in his family. His bumbling father was barely a male, his mother-to quiet, his sisters-girls duh. He shook his head, looking up just in time to see his brother colide with a blueish form. He gasped, speeding himself over too their sides. Are you alright Ardhi? He asked his brother, pressing his nose too his brother before he looked too the girl. Who are you?

With a loud squeal she tumbled backwards, landing on her bottom wide eyed. She stared at the cub almost in a likeliness to horror. Her ears perked at his sentance, only picking out a few words from the odd way it was assembled. Oh gosh her backside was going to be bruised tomorrow!
Before she could answer if she was alright the other cub had run up, asking only if the other boy was alright and rudely asking who she was. She shut her eyes a moment, taking a few deep breaths. Perhaps this was all a little dream? Maybe she was asleep? She peaked one eye open.
Both still sat there, expecting. "Y-yes... I think I'm okay... are you?" She hoped that the one who'd ran into her HAD asked her if she was alright.
She just stared at Tope, not really sure if she should answer him.
