Newly added, cause... yeah. Not catching up. Are growth slots. XD I promise this won't make things change much, only help ara's psyche. Cause, imagine having 20 tests to do in school. Now, imagine having them given to you all at once. You'd get very overwhelemd very fast. XD
But, on the other hand, if you have those same 20 tests, and you get 2 on the first go, turn those in, and then get another 2 or 3, then it's not nearly as bad.
Thus, for productivities sake, I'm moving to the slot growth system.

Slots set one:
This set will be for anyone who's completed their requirements before the "time requirement." On each stage there is so much time you have to wait between growths, along with other things you have to acheive. If you acheive those before the time is up, then you'll qualify for being in these slots.
The goal is still "first come first serve" so these slots will not effect your position in the list by who grows first, however you may not have to wait on slots as long as others may end up.
This is both a reward for dedicated RPers, and also for those who want to zip through their growths. Which is hard work, so kudos if you can do it. XD
Also! Those with no RP requirements will be included in this group, because technically you've already done them by the time req.. because.. there's nothing to be done so it's already done. *nods* >w> That's deep, man.

Slots set two:
This is the "everyone else" catagory. For anyone who has not completed their requirements by the date, this is for you. It's the same thing essentially, except (what I'm expecting) to be the "longer line." Kinda like the normal lines versus the 10 or less lines at the store.
Again, first come first serve applies for both slots. Being in set one or two will not affect who grows first, but only who gets into the slots.

Exemptions:
Exemptions are the "in between the lines" scenerios. For example, a teacher goes on haitus in the middle of your class, and that's the only thing you need left, but then your time req runs out.
The catch, is that if you fail to complete what you complained about being unable to keep, then you will not be allowed to exempt again.
For example, the teacher goes on haitus for 2 weeks, which leaves your class in midair. By the second week your time req runs out, and thus you apply for the exemption. And it goes through. When the teacher comes back on the second week, you then have a week to complete that class with them. Because, by applying to the exemption, you basically claimed "I would have had this done by now if they'd been here."
That doesn't mean kill your teacher to post repetitivly, cause maybe they're being slow at posting, but I can decide if that's the case by the times on the posts.
So, with all that said, the way to get an exemption is to PM the mule with your story. Simple enough. And then, I'll check it to see if it lines up, which is easy with the new system, and vwala.

How to claim your slot:
Slots will be opened periodically, without warning, depending on my inspiration and free time. So you just have to keep a watch on the main thread, because I will post ahead of time saying "Okay I think I'll open them tonight" or "This weekend" ectect.
If you don't get it, don't worry! I'll probably open them as soon as I finish those I already got, which is basically what was already happening, you just have a bit of extra time to pay attention.
If i do see someone with repetitive attempts, hit and miss, ectect, I may let them slide in anyways, because that's just bad luck. XD That doesn't mean to jump in here and post if you see them full, generally over 2 minutes past the final post won't count.
When slots do open, it'll be just like a flatsale. I'll post in here a big GO, and you'll jump in and post that you'd like one and who for. (see the form below)
Then, once I confirm who got the slots, you'll PM the mule like you normally would. (With what growth reqs you've done, links, ect)
So, easy steps:
1. Figure out which set of slots you'll go for, 1 or 2.
2. Watch the main thread for tips on when they open.
3. Get over to this thread when they do open.
4. Wait for the big "GO" post.
5. once the "GO" post is seen, post the form. (found below)
6. Wait for confirmation, then go about the steps seen in Growing Information.
