The best villian of all time is in my mind is Verbal Kent from The Usual Suspects. The whole movie he's this wierd, little chatterbox with a limp and in the end he turns out to be the villian.Cunning little b*****d. But, what do think?

If I was to go with a disney villain it would have to be Scar or Jafar (heh, they rhyme). For actual horror movie I'd have to go with Samara. I think it has to do with the creepy kid thing.

Lilith Metsuki would be in my top five [She's from a story I'm writing. Think of a cross between Margret White & Annie Wilkes {with medical knowledge AND being a sadistic psychopath}].
In regular movies, Jigsaw would be one, the super-rich fellas from Hostel, the Dragonfly Clan [Devil's Rejects], for sure Margret White [Carrie] and Annie Wilkes [Misery], and Delilah [Godchild].

I'd have to say Bowser from Mario, lol, I know it's dorky but I think a Giant Trutle that breathes fires and has spikes on his back is pretty bad a**.

My favorite villain is mostly Dr. Doom. Yeah, he always gets beaten up, but he keeps on going. He seems to come back all the time and never gives up. Talk about a hard worker.
