OK PEOPLE! This is how it works. The rules are fairly simple and I think easy to understand:
We've got three different dancing events going on here this year. Hence why we have three different tents. We've got one tent for the dancers who's routines represent Light, one for the dancers who represent Dark, and the last tent is for the Couples Event. Each of these dances are to be coerigraphed in a way of representing how you fight or use your powers. For the Light/Dark event, Light or Dark must be represented in your dance. For the Couple's Dance, I recommend that each set of couples reherse and decide what you're going to do for your routine. Practice it over PM's or something, and post after one another what it is you have planned out. This is the only advice I can give you for the moment, for this is not something I've ever tried before.
There will be six open spots in each of the tents for contestants. If by the time that the tournament is scheduled to start, all the spots are not filled, then I will reduce the number of open spots to fit what we have by that time.
There are also 4 spots open for judges for each of the events. These are the people who will read and listen to the music of each contestant post(s), and then rank them.
When each dancer takes his/her turn, the 4 judges will judge him/her based off of how their costume fits their skills, how their music fits their skills, and how they use their combative and/or magical skills to create their dance.
The Judges will also be getting gift packages for the great job they've done in helping out here!
JUDGES:
You're going to score each dance on a scale of 1-10. 1 Being the lowest, and 10 being the highest. You will list your scores as such:
Costume: (Place Number Here)
Music: (Place Number Here)
Dance: (Place Number Here)
Then the numbers will be totaled up together, and thus making the final scores.
If two people/couples from the same competition end up with the same scores, and it decides who comes in first, second, or third place, then they will have to battle dance to determine who wins said place.
When Battle Dancing, there will be no song. It will strictly be a dance based off the skill or power of the contestants. The judges shall watch, and can stop the battle, if they feel there is any foul play, or a chance of god-moding.
The Battle Dances will be scheduled to occur when everyone involved (dancers and judges) can be online around the same time.
The winner of the Battle Dance will gain the title of said place, and take the winnings. The loser, though will not gain the next place down, ((Example, if the Battle Dance is for First place, the loser will not automatically take Second place. That winner had already been decided, as was Third place, and I believe they've earned that place)) they will recieve the same amount of gold/gift credits as the winner has recieved, as a runner's up prize.

Costume and Music is important, because not only does it represent you, but it also represents the skills and powers that you use.

There will be 24 Dancers total, 6 for the Light, 6 for the Dark, and 12 for the Couples Event. There will be 12 Judges total, 4 for the Light, 4 for the Dark, and 4 for the Couples Event.
