Ah. Okay. Thanks. I was wondering because I am running this card in my deck Heroes Remembered, and it has suspend 10 for one white mana and it lets you gain 20 life. So I was wondering if it would be better to just tap the 9 mana and play it when I know they are tapped out and can't counter or else they will probably hold something to counter it when the all the suspend counters are gone.
a decent blue deck would have multiple ways of dealing with the heroes remembered.
heres an example:
you play heroes remembered, the turn count ticks down. then they play Rethink when the last counter is removed.
it's countered unless you pay it's converted mana cost, thats all 9 mana, plus ten turns of waiting and one mana at the start, countering can kill suspend.
